Lovely lady with blonde hair at the store helped me with my two watch purchases and even gave one of them at a discounted price while honering the other one at their advertised price on their online store which was different to in store due to a voucher available online.

We’ve recently bought our wedding rings at H. Samuel in Guildford. All the staff were very helpful but lakhsmi went over the top to help us and even suggested a room for me I hadn’t considered but it’s one I chose. She also asked if I have a Blue light card which I do which gave us discount but I’d forgotten to ask. So 5 stars. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I came in earlier and we both had an amazing time getting our second ear piercing !! We loved it so much , and the woman that pierced our ears was so sweet and nice. Her name is Carmel and I definitely recommend getting your piercings there !!

I had my ears pierced at the H Samuel branch in Guildford and it was the most painless experience EVER. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I literally have 0 tolerance for pain, but Carmel was so reassuring and professional in explaining the process and how it would only feel like a pinch. When she was done, I felt nothing and was given an aftercare advice and a saline solution to cleanse my ears daily. Everything was done in a clean and sanitized environment.

Wanted to also mention that the piercing itself is free, you only pay for the earrings, of which mine (a gold stud) was on offer - best deal.
I will definitely be using H Samuel again if and when I decide on another piercing.

I didn't catch the lady name in the shop, but she was fantastic very helpful also very polite, was very good with my dad who didn't know what he really wanted came away with a beautiful necklace for my mum's 60th birthday, it was the guildford store in white lion walk, fantastic service as always, this is why we love this shop fantastic stuff and fantastic service, we don't shopcin any other jewellery shop
