Excellent service
Excellent customer service from all of the staff. Very friendly and gave me their honest opinion when I was asking about a watch for myself. Didn't feel pressured into buying at all and was given time to browse. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I am pleased to hear you had a good experience in store, however I am so sorry that you had to wait awhile, We are still following government guidelines, which still restrict the amount of customers in store at one time, which may lead to a slight delay in getting served, however I will pass this feedback on for you, and see how we can improve this for the future. Assistant in store was very helpful when picking my engagement ring. My finger was properly measured and I was able to try many different style's of engagement rings within our price range. Although the ring was not purchased on the day my partner was able to order it online following our experience in store
