So easy to order,

I had bought a necklace extender but when I went to use it I couldn't work out how to attach it to my necklace as it only had 1 clip. I went into Hastings store to ask someone to help. sally was the first person I spoke to she was very helpful but she also couldn't see how to use both part she called over her supervisor Justin but he was very unhelpful everything that I or sally suggested he went no. so in the end I went to pandora were the necklace had been bought for me. they were so helpful and sold we a clip that I could attach both pieces of the extension to my necklace If I had only been served by Justin I don't think I would shop in H Samuel again I paid £50 for a necklace extender that I could not use and he was no help what so ever.

Great service from all the staff, very welcoming. One of the workers called Chelsea was very helpful and polite. Had all the answers to my questions. Unfortunately Chelsea didn’t have a name badge so I did have to ask what her name was. Such a Lovely young lady.

The lady that served me in the shop tanisha, was really really helpful, as it was my first time buying and wearing a watch so I was pretty clueless but she helped me pick out the right and best one for me and my wrist.
