The experience was fun and easy to find want I wanted. The only concern I have is whether the ring will fit. I did the paper test however want this to be a surprise.

Easy to order great watches from H Samuel.

Was looking for a gift for a thirtieth birthday so had a look on h samuels and as usual found a lovely bracelet at a very good price. I have used these for years now and whether online or in store the service we receive is always excellent.

Popped in store today to look at men's chains for a birthday gift, as I couldn't get a proper feel for the items online, Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable, helping me make a decision as to which chain suited my needs best.

I was looking for a diamond ring as an anniversary present and found the H Samuel staff in Hull very good. Donna in particular was extremely helpful, explaining the difference in the stones and the gold choices available.
All of the staff showed an interest when we collected the ring which made this event even more special.

Found exactly what I wanted (a cross and chain) and the assistant was very friendly and helpful.

It's a watch strap, a very nice watch strap, but a watchstrap nonetheless. So not perhaps the most exciting of items. But it is very smart, very comfortable to wear and has given my old watch a new lease of life. And it was exactly what I wanted - a plain black leather strap with a gold-coloured buckle. It was a very reasonable price, and the lady who fitted it in the store was friendly and helpful, fitting the new strap in a matter of minutes. So yes, I'm a happy customer.

Earrings I bought were for a present and really good quality and good value for Tommy hillfiger, lady who served us was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us, really pleased with the excellent service

The staff where very helpful and friendly without being over baring, they gave me time to browse and didn't make me feel rushed, the Disney ornaments are great value with an extra 20% off
