I purchased a bottle of silver jewelry cleaner. Staff were pleasant and efficient.
When I received the electronic receipt, however, there was an additional charge listed as ‘charity’ for 25pence. Of course this is no big deal, but what is this charge? I do not remember agreeing to any donation.

Explained that even if the website stated a product was available this only meant it could be ordered and not that it was necessarily available in the shop. I feel this needs to be made clear on the website as do the staff.

Engagement Ring
Had my engagement ring for three days when I noticed a diamond was missing. Took into Lincoln store who kindly refunded but realised after leaving the shop I was only refunded £394 instead of £399 which was disappointing on the Managers side.
