What a crappie Web site. Its so stressful to operate, it keeps jumping about and won't allow collecting infomation during the process. If you don't clean this up you will lose sales

Purchase of Harry Potter Pendant and Ear-rings
29/5/2021 - We visited the Maidenhead store to purchase something for my sister's birthday.
Simon and Janise (I hope I have that correctly) were really friendly and welcoming. Simon suggested earrings to match the pendant, without being pushy, and retrieved some others when I was not keen on the first ones.
Not in the least pushy, just helpful and keen to show me something I would like. It was a really pleasant experience.
I know it sounds corny but they really did make our purchase a "sparkly" one. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Poor Service
As they were under COVID restrictions we were the only ones in store. However, despite there being two members of staff we still stood patiently at the till whilst they ignored us and held a private conversation. Appalling service - what is the point of them being there? So different from the charming person that used to work there. If you don't like customers don't work in a shop!

Called into H. Samuel very recently, once non essential shops opened.
Customer services from two members in store were excellent! I needed a replacement battery for my Seksy watch after months of non use.
Friendly, approachable and efficient service.
