Went into Newton Abbot today
Went into Newton Abbot today, 14th Jan, to ask about getting my Dad’s wedding ring altered.
Waited 30 minutes to be served and in the end we walked out!

Great service
Visited H Samuels today with my twin girls who had their ears pierced. I was very happy with the whole process. Vicky and her colleagues were great with the girls putting them at ease. The care and attention was excellent ensuring both the girls and I as their mum was happy with each step. Their cleanliness and professional service was brilliant. Thank you again.

Not the best customer service…
Not the best customer service experience. Was made to feel unwelcome and told not to touch anything in store due to covid. Then the sales assistant handled my earnings?!?
I was followed around the store being watched which made me feel uncomfortable.

New better watch for old
I was very impressed when entering your Newton Abbot shop, masks were required, there was anti viral spray and hand towels plus a qeuing system. It didnt take long. I went in to get an expensive watch repaired but was advised by two members of staff that it would cost a considerable amount and mine was about ten years old. I was given advice on new drive systems and because the Service was excellent I bought a Citizen Eco drive.

The watches we purchased were of good…
The watches we purchased were of good quality but the service was very slow. There was nowhere to sit down and wait and the experience was rather tiresome. We will think twice about shopping there again. Sorry.

Hello Susan, OH NO! Thank you for bring this to our attention! I am glad you love the watches you purchased, however I am so sorry that you feel the service was slow and not up to standards. At this current time with are still following government guidelines, and still working with reduced staff, which may slow things down, but we are hoping that in the next couple of weeks when the restriction are lifted again we can get more staff in and speed things up.
