Great service from Beth and the team. I needed links taken out of a watch and she was happy to help.

I was bought a bangle from Christmas was told it was good for everyday wear advertised on the website still stating good for everyday wear. Given a cleaning cloth for if it looked ‘dull’ 3 months on the gold bracelet now looks silver. Went to store and was told it shouldn’t be worn daily and using the cloth they gave me takes the gold off quicker. £250. Nothing they could/would do about it.

Brilliant service, Mark? Sorted the watch strap on my Citizen wave gps, the strap is titanium and very fiddly to add or remove links and I cocked it up!

Although I didn't buy the watch there (from citizen 10% discount) they did it foc! and said they would match a price so the next Citizen in my collection will come from Samuel's!

Worst online delivery experience. Ordered a watch for my wifes birthday, delivery was supposed to be on last of month 31st Aug. But the delivery service they used DX and the correspondace of their online support team was the worst and it kept on bieng delayed till the 9th of September. A horrible waiting and juggling delivery experience for me personally. Especially for me since i needed it delivered way sooner as well.

Impeccable service: had my Seiko strap adjusted by Heather, friendly and efficient. I regret buying my watch online: next time I will visit H Samuel.

Went to H Samuel in Norwich shopping centre.
I was very impressed observing a shop assistant attending to a young man with a learning disability. They took the time to understand him and help him choose within his budget. When he purchased his gift I could hear the shop assistant say how lovely he was and she hopes his girlfriend likes the gift. I work with people that have intellectual disabilities and was so pleased to how this shop assistant included this young man, helped him choose with patience and kindness.
Another reason why I shop here. Thank you for being inclusive, kind and caring.

Didn't have a receipt but the staff were very helpful with my request of removing links from my watch at no charge.

Mixed review here as had a lovely experience with a sales lady on Christmas Eve (sadly didn’t get her name but have a staff number on receipt). We asked her for help with an item of jewellery on display whilst she was sorting a display. She stopped what she was doing to help us, we bought two items and had almost finished when a woman (?manager) came up to the helpful staff member to scold her for not finishing the job she was doing! Sorry, but what planet is she on? Prioritising removing Christmas decorations over serving customers? Please have a word with her before you lose good staff members over stupidity of management! Left a bad taste with us after buying our Christmas gifts.

I ordered a new watch online for store collection and all seemed fine, I received the usual email confirmations and looked forward to picking up the watch a few days later. I then received an email saying that the order had been cancelled due to stock issues but when I went back to their website it was still being advertised.
What a total waste of time and I am disappointed at being mislead as it was a £300 watch and certainly won't be buying anything from them again.

Recently visited the Norwich store and received expert and excellent service from Mark. Would have given 6 stars if I could, thank you Mark.
