Andy at the Wolverhampton store was fantastic! We went into another store right before to look for wedding rings and were disappointed by the service, came into h samuel and Andy was so helpful. He didn't mind us both trying on pretty much every ring, he gave incredible advice and wasn't pushy for sales at all (he even encouraged taking photos to look at for a few days, to then come back to purchase once we were 100% happy). We both picked a ring that day and love them, Andy is a credit to the company and is the reason we ended up purchasing that day. I cannot recommend him enough for help in store! We've now collected our rings, they fit perfectly and we cannot wait to wear them. Thanks so much for your help Andy!

We went into the Wolverhampton store today to buy 2 wedding bands. We were greeted by Ian, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Even in the short amount of time we were in the store, you could tell he valued us as customers and wanted us to leave with the correct items not the most expensive ones. Truly a great shopping experience and will return in the future due to this experience.

We didn't catch his name unfortunately but was a pleasure to learn he's been working at H.Samuel for 25 years now. Anyway, the rings were gotten today; I love mine and my husband loves his too.

I'll be back in a few weeks/months hopefully with more swelling reviews as I hope our rings don't fade like someone's whose review I have just read.

The wonderful Wolverhampton store staff helped me with my correct ring size and I ordered 2 rings delivered quickly to the store. Returned the one and kept the other. Sharon, Rachel and Andy could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional, especially Sharon who gave me a voucher after waiting patiently while there were glitches with both tills and the sale could not be completed.

Quick and easy process. Excellent selection of products at reasonable prices. Website can be a bit slow on a mobile device, but works perfectly on a laptop. Overall experience is very good with staff in stores being friendly and helpful if there's an issue.

Wolverhampton Branch Mander Centre. Went in to collect, Guess Top Gun Men's Gold Tone. Andy served me and he did an excellent job of face to face customer service, he adjusted the watch band and set the time, date functions etc. Andy was very efficient and a capable member of staff. Well done

Another great experience at H Samuel Wolverhampton branch. Rachel M served me brought a Hugo Boss sports Chronograph. She adjusted the watch to fit my wrist. Well done will return again. Mr A Evans.

Great help with employees and very helpful.

Walked into the store which was very empty. The two sales assistances were too busy to acknowledge me. After a few minutes of browsing I approached them to which one of the sales assistant just moved. As I began to ask questions about watch repair service the SA was looking down at me in a rude way as if I was just wasting time. I was also looking forward to buying a ring and now will look elsewhere.

I would not even leave one star ...when you purchase a 1000 ring for the diamonds to fall out not once but twice !!! Then you have to pay yourself to repair as they won't accept that there product is faulty ....stay away from this place , read reviews they tell everyone that the item isn't faulty and you have a charge ....disgraceful place !!!
