Product from HSS was not maintained properly. Ran for 45 minutes before dying and would not start again. Lost a whole weekend on a job thanks to HSS hiring out faulty equipment.

I'm not a builder, but it seemed to do a good job of whacking-down the MOT hardcore being prepared for a concrete slab. There was 20 square metres to be compacted, not really practical to try to pack this manually, if i had to do the job again, then yes, i would hire the same kit.
