Very quick delivery , helpful driver and respectful

The delivery driver was very helpful and skilled delivering my hardcore into a tight space.

Ordered over the weekend and was advised delivery would be on Tuesday between 09.00 & 11.00. Arrived spot on 09.00, how great is that?

I ordered a tube of grate and stove polish, it came in a padded envelope which had a tyre tread on it, it had obviously been run over by a vehicle, fortunately when I opened it the box and the tube had been squashed but not to the point where the tube had leaked so no need to send back, on the plus side the product was half the price that anyone else was selling at and was delivered within a couple of days.

Good quality, at a fair price

Delivery with attitude! Driver was not happy had a good moan about access and then just gave attitude. Working in logistics, I understand if access is a problem, but it has never problem for previous HSS deliveries, as well as competitors. Unnecessary and unprofessional

Avoid at all cost! I hired a carpet cleaner, however when it arrived it was filthy. There was dirt and gravel stuck inside the cleaning head and the rest of the machine was filthy. They didn’t send any cleaning solution which I’d paid for. There was no way I could use it to clean my carpets so I ended up having to purchase one as it was Easter weekend. I took photos of the dirty machine and sent them by email to HSS. I also rang and explained and I had to remind them to pick it up. I asked for a refund as the cleaner was not fit for purpose and I was told it would take up to 2 weeks. I later had an email telling me that they’d received the photos and I wouldn’t be charged, however I already had been charged! I’m still waiting for my refund which I’m not happy about.

This delivery of top soil was amazing, helpful driver and very professional. Service quick and easy. Ordering was simple. Highly recommend this company.

One of the 2 rentals didn't work at all (cement mixer - engine kept cutting out under any load) which was extremely frustrating and significantly impacted out progress. In addition, it took them 2 days to pick up the rentals and they charged me extra for this. Trying to discuss this with their customer service was then very difficult, and the refund for the cement mixer will 'be investigated and could take several weeks'.

The Belfast sink was delivered quickly and the driver was particularly helpful. He carried the very heavy package into the house and offered to open the packaging to show there was no damage - excellent service.

The wrong handle was delivered, have emailed the Company and so far no reply. Only that they would be in touch. Which was 3 days ago.
