Awful place. Can’t even get up to dance.. even in a corner. Get told by security to sit back down. Myself and my friend got accused of touching someone on the thigh inappropriately (didn’t mix with anyone apart from the 2 girls that sat on our table) and also smuggling in our own alcohol.. everyone gets searched going in. Not worth the money we paid (£62) each. Couldn’t work out what the Santa show was about either. Absolutely awful show. Only thing was good is that we got a bottle of Prosecco as we were VIP.

We had the cabaret tickets which meant we were sat near the front and still struggled to hear some moments of the show because of how nosy the room was, can't imagine what it was like at the back! A fun experience with a fun entrance, but be prepared for bad jokes and a non existence storyline. Take the nonsense for what it is and it's a fun night with lots of Christmas classics songs to get you in the Christmas mood! Just don't go expecting high calibre entertainment or expect much of a plot. Its also not that immersive with limited interaction with actors etc. Would be better in a smaller venue and mics that work better but actors did a fab job

A light- hearted fantastic festive night out! Music was great and the atmosphere was really fun! Howard was brilliant 👏🏻 Highly recommended if you want a fun night out!

It took 50 minutes to walk in! We were standing all these time under the rain.

I am just sad we chose the venue to celebrate my daughter 18th birthday.
My poor 70 year old husband was forced to crawl as a teenager in small tunnel and after he suffered a severe pain in back. Another gent at our table complained that he felt claustrophobic and not air breathing in the room.
We left very early.

What an awesome experience. Right from the off the staff were amazing. The way the actors led you into the experience was brilliant and we had a fantastic day. The atmosphere was one great big festive party and definitely staying to the end!

Massive let down with the entrance. Queue went on and took for ages. Very frustrating. Overall very disappointing.
You need to work on the way you get people into the building. If you continue this way there is no point coming to this venue. Toilet are disgusting. Sound system is poor. You cannot hear what is being said. Over inflated bar prices. Overall not worth the money.

Went as a last minute decision with my partner and had a fun night! A great deal of work and thought had obviously gone into the retro Americana decor and the band had great energy. Bad Santa concept was a good laugh. Burgers were good and prices reasonable. The Vaults is a great venue for this kind of dive bar themed show!

Awful experience.
The ticket said arrive for 2pm which we did. We were not let in until after 3pm meaning we missed the start of the show.
When I attempted to ask staff about the experience end time he was so rude to me.
I went on to complain about the rudeness of staff to fever who completely dismissed my complaint and provided no apology or accept customer service

Honestly, I had probably the worst experience ever. After paying for the highest price VIP ticket we were shoved upstairs in the extremely underwhelming VIP area, which had zero atmosphere and practically no view of the event. It took 1hr to start we waited 1 1/2 hours for crap food that was wrong and paid extremely high prices for watered down, poor quality alcohol. I had a glass of wine that genuinely tasted like paint thinner!!

The interactive part at the beginning was fun - ft. a tunnel! All the decoration was cool, lots of attention to detail. Arriving and being seated was really efficient, everyone who greeted and served us was friendly and helpful. The QR code ordering and free wifi made it super easy to order food and drinks. The show itself was great fun!! The actors absolutely gave it their all and there was just the right amount of audience participation for me - lots of singing along and dancing. Really creative and definitely made us feel Christmassy. Overall a very fun night!

Cleverly put together immersive experience. Evident that a lot of thought and resource had gone into the setup.

Went here with some friends from work and we had the best time. The immersive actors are a lot of fun, there is a great selection of Christmas cocktails at the bar and the show is hilarious. It’s a great environment to have a laugh with the show and chat with your mates :)

Great afternoon out! Crowd anticipation and involvement was really fun. Santa was a showstopper! Food was tasty and service was great too. We had vegan burgers, Mac & cheese bites and chips. Looking forward to going back next year!

Attended the show last night it was awesome… so funny, such a great band and we loved every second. Would 100% recommend and come back next year.

It’s not your traditional immersive experience, it’s a show and a party with some funny characters, and really cool set design. About as xmassy as it gets.
