I ordered some really nice Barbour boots from this place online in a sale I don't normally give bank details I only shop through PayPal normally but I thought they were the cheapest I could find reviewed the store and ordered when they arrived I was shocked one boot was new the other looked like it had been found in a bin it was multi coloured scuffed and scratched all over a chip out the tie part and instead of being dark brown they were like a yellow brown colour and on top of that they were creased in the leather like they'd been worn a lot I mean fancy wasting my time and yours sending a worn multi coloured boot and one new what with a 150 years experience you do this we all make mistakes but are you that desperate to sell anything when you made me an offer I told you I wouldn't even wear them for work refund me asap and that took for ever

Humphries. What a cracking find. Excellent and comfortable shoes, reasonably priced (as it happened, mine were discounted) and great service. I had to return my first delivery for a different size - no error on their part - I just needed to size up. The exchange was dealt with very proficiently. The packaging both times was smart and neat - not at all like the ‘thrown in a bag’ sort of delivery that’s so prevalent these days. The bag itself was tough and serviceable.
I’ve been delighted with the service from this company - and now I have the correct size, I’m delighted with the product too.
I shall certainly be including this shop (top of the list) in any search for more shoes. Thank you Humphries.

I went into Humphries shop in Redditch today hoping to buy a pair of Paula Urban sandals. I needed them today! They hadn't got them in Redditch but did have them in other stores. I was delighted to be offered a special delivery from the warehouse. Excellent customer service - delivered by all involved...less than 15 minutes later. Thank you. X

Not used this company before and won't again. Very difficult to actually use them to buy. I ordered an item which claimed everything had gonethrough in the ordering. Email received which said items were on their way. In reality there wasn't the stock available. Very amateur. Will take my business elsewhere. You might find it an idea too.

A pair of what appeared to be excellent shoes (very comfortable in the store etc.) - soon showed unacceptable wear on the soles - will be returned to the manufacturer.

I ordered shoes that were dispatched by Humphries to Royal Mail but never received by Royal Mail for onward delivery to me. I requested a refund as this was an issue at Humphries end. Humphries refused a refund saying that if the shoes turned up I would keep them and the refund. Disgusting customer service. Will never shop here again. Untrustworthy company taking innocent customers money and not providing goods.

I've ordered from Humphries shoes many times and never been disappointed. My recent order only yesterday, lovely Caprice leather ankle boots, already arrived and i'm so pleased with them! Great website, great service, great quality and great prices! Highly recommend!

I found Humphries by chance looking online. Big selection of Gola trainers at a great sale price. Good quality, well packed and quick delivery. So pleased they’re a long established UK company and will definitely order from them again.
