Ordered my item 29th April. Received nothing. Sent numerous queries. No responses. Think it's a write off. Make up your own minds but they are appalling

I ordered alpha walk lacey trainers on 5 June 21. Money taken 7 June. Nothing since. Tried to contact them but no answer. Appalling

Ordered jacket looks a scam still in China

Still waiting for my order, took my money from my bank on 1.6.21 after confirming despatch but still not received. Facebook has alot to answer for, letting companies like this advertise on their site.

I doubt it will … but it looks like I’m just one of many. Ordered a jacket weeks ago and it’s hasn’t shown up. The tracking number shows that the jacket is somewhere in China currently. Have tried to email for an update but the email address (previously responded from) now bounces back as not in use and the website seems to be closed down. Pretty awful all in all!

I'm guessing it's a scam, ordered shoes a month ago still haven't received them. Looking at the reviews I'm guessing they are rubbish anyway. What is Facebook doing about these companies, I won't be buying anything from their ads again

been nearly 1 month and still not received my order, and still hasn't left China, which I had no idea this is where the product would be shipped from when purchased or I wouldn't have even brought it, misleading scan company that take money and take the p*ss! contacting bank to deal with, avoid at all costs ! 0 stars don't waste your money and time

They sent the wrong size. Quality is appalling.

Ordered shoes from one of their brands - alpha walk - the only way to get a response was through Facebook messenger when I said I'd be doing a chargeback to my bank.
They also liked some of the messages where I complained?!! Ordered in April - goodness knows how long the wait will last!

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Presumably being shipped from China. No contact or confirmation from the company. Think I have made a big mistake ordering from them. IF my trainers ever arrive, I expect they will be too small for me and poorly made. I wish I had read reviews on here first instead of reading positive FB comments!!

Not a great experience. The COLLEGIATE SHOES I purchased looked fantastic, BUT the tongue of the shoe, yes, the tongue, the part that is underneath the laces fell off after a few months of wear. In 30 years on this planet, I've never had that happen to a shoe, they won't replace them, but they are clearly very poorly made which is a real shame. Also be careful I had to return them to get them half a size bigger and it cost me £17 to return them.

Another “too good to be true” Facebook ad. Facebook is going to have to put an end to these “clothiers” that are a clearinghouse for Chinese garbage. They go under several names. They hooked me under their name “Iconic Urban.” I liked the Seattle Shirt so I ordered it (after all it was marked down from $96 to $43, what a bargain). I am six foot one inch and weigh 180 lbs. I’ve been a men’s large in shirt size my whole adult life. I ordered a large. A few weeks later it came in a grey baggie with Chinese writing on it (red flag). I opened that bag and found the shirt was inside a clear bag, with a small sticker, once again featuring Chinese writing, and the letters “XL,” I removed the shirt and immediately looked for the size on the label: it read “XXL!” Needless to say I assumed that the shirt would be gigantic. Tried it on and voila! The sleeves were three inches above my wrists and I didn’t even attempt to button the shirt because it was so tight. So I ordered a L, received either an XXL or XL, and it fit like a boys medium. No packing slip enclosed so good luck in trying to return it. These scheisters operate under many store names, claim to be based in Tennessee and claim that the clothing is made there “except in a few, rare occasions when they need to import from international distributors.” The only thing located in Tennessee is this companies bank account. After reading the myriad of other negative reviews, don’t make the same mistake that the rest of the reviewers have. This is Chinese garbage and I’ll be leaving this review in as many places as I can. Oddly, when you leave a review on the “Iconic Urban” site it is not publish. They probably disallow any negative reviews. Iconic Urban is only one of their online names. They use another one called “Hustle State” as well. The latter is a much more appropriate name.

I vow to do my part and get my review in as many places as possible. I will also contact Facebook and tell them to take a gander at the slew of negative comments this company gets. Facebook should not allow the advertising of garbage like this!

Same as last time, the tracking info was not very informative, but clearly shipping from China. As before, the item arrived in 3 weeks. Overall quality on the shorts is not as good as the shirt, but pretty on par with any big box in-house brand items. Ordered a medium and they are a bit tight and short for my taste. I'm more of a board short length person and I probably shouldn't have ordered shorts that don't show pictures of people wearing them for reference...my bad. Their on-line return process seems professional and easy, but other reviewers don't inspire confidence on this one. For now I'm giving 3 stars and will push it up or down depending on the outcome of the return.

Do not buy from here. Bought 2 large jackets for 100 euro. One came as a 2xl and one came as an xl. I ordered large in both but you wouldn't fit a child in them. Emailed about a refund and heard nothing. Quality is rubbish and customer service is non existent. STAY CLEAR

Fake, Haven't received item

Truthfully I wouldn’t even give them one star, but had to click something to continue. Don’t fall for this ad!! The quality is TERRIBLE. Looks nothing like the pictures. Product is extremely cheap and the sizes are nowhere near accurate.

awful.... total scam, ordered a jumper that isn't fit for wearing the material is diabolical & it came with no invoice returns address or email...these should be taken off companies house web site
