We initially read about Hannah/Hybr in a national newspaper. I contacted her and had several email conversations as well as follow up telephone conversations. Even though Hybr hadn't officially launched in Bath, we agreed it was worth a go and they didn't disappoint. Both our houses let very quickly and we have been delighted with the service in every way. Replies by email or a phone call are very quick and everyone we have dealt with has been brilliant. Certainly very happy to be part of the journey for this growing company and we wish them every success.

I am a small Landlord based in Bristol and made the commercial decision for HYBR to market my flats for me. I need to say that whilst initially I dealt with Hannah, I had absolutely no qualms/ issues dealing with any of her HYBR Crew. In fact they were each very capable of dealing with me and at no point did I ever feel that I had to revert back to Hannah. Each HYBR Staff Member had a very, very professional approach. I rate their business approach highly.

Aug 21. The presentation they gave at the BIMM open day was great - sound ethos behind the company but but we found the images on the website poor and we really wanted to talk to someone as we had complex requirement but couldn't find a phone number.

Jan 22: Can see the website has hugely improved and Hannah has promised to put a phone number on the contact us page.

HYBR were great.

-Always answered the phone.
-HYBR took trouble to organise viewings outside of their regular process.
-Emails from HYBR were well presented.
-Their team didn’t get bored of helping.
-Dealt with Hannah every time and she remembered who I was and what stage the tenancy had reached.
-advice about ALL questions
-Helped explain the jargon of a tenancy agreement and provided a well-presented PDF
-advice on the suitability of their listed properties, i.e. travel times.

I undoubtedly got an amazing service (free) and much better than my experience with estate agents, or other means such as gumtree or spare room. I would recommend every 1st year student in Bristol is directed straight to HYBR if their uni is part of the program. Good luck with your business.
