I ordered these products on 01/09/26 and it took 10 days to deliver via the post office..received on 10/09/26. Pretty poor.

My sausage dog is obsessed with this toy! He had it for nearly a year, he dragged it everywhere with him, slept with it on the bed but he looked after it enough that all the squeaks still worked (besides mr carrot). He squeaks and corn cob nibbles every single squeak all hours of the day/night. But I left it outside during a thunderstorm and it ended up staying outside for days. It had all sorts of insects crawling over it so I chucked it thinking he would forget.. how wrong was I..he sniffed and searched the garden for ages looking for it so I had to buy a new one, I felt awful, and it even came quicker than expected. I now have one very happy dog again🥳

Order was delayed as pharmacist made a mistake when reading the precription. Now the order has still not been dispatched 6 days later

Always quick reliable service from this company. Sometimes its a bit tricky finding a specific product on the website but this is a minor criticism.

Very easy to order, vet easily connect my dog’s prescription to the order number and no issues. Use this company on a regular basis as reliable and quick. Only complaint would be Royal Mail delivery hit and miss if they post it through the letter box or leave it on the doorstep.
