I had a lot of questions prior to ordering the test which the team at IBDNA promptly responded. On the basis of that I purchased the test and very satisfied with the service.

FATE ATTENZIONE!!!!!!!!Purtroppo non posso scrivere una recensione postiva su quella che definirei un vero e proprio inganno !!! dopo aver mandato il campione del mio cane (taglia 6 kg probabile incrocio Jack Russell) attendo le 3 settimane da loro dichiarate e ricevo il primo risultato del test. Secondo loro il mio cane e' un incorcio con Alano,Mastino,Bullmastiff,Black and Tan Coonhound. Ora conoscendo le razza dal peso minimo di 50 kg faccio presente come evidentemente ci sia stato un errore o uno scambio dei test, chiedo quindi che venga ripetuto il test. Il secondo risultato mi aspettavo fosse piu' veritiero ma sono uscite nuovamente razze non compatibili con la taglia del mio cane ossia: pastore belga, san bernardo , alano.
E' stato da me chiesto quindi un parziale rimborso visto l’inganno di cui sono stata vittima ma ovviamente non hanno risposto. Faro' fare degli accertamenti dalle autorita' competenti .
RETTIFICA MI E' STATO EMESSO IL RIMBORSO.

Their doggy DNA test said my tiny 7kg white dog is a rottweiler, absolute scam. Do not trust. I didn't provide them any description/ details / or picture of dog before the test..and its like they picked a random result. Their response was their generic response to these doggy dna complaints ... dog big gene pool blah blah email they send everyone who complains. Do Not Trust. Scam.

I found this company to be excellent. There were no hidden costs and they made it very clear what they could and couldn’t do. The instructions were very clear, and results returns promptly.

Worst decision I've ever made in regards to testing, not only are they rude and unforgiving, they refused to give me back 214 dollars that they took unlawfully from my account, after taking 398 unlawfully from my account, due to "conversion error". The 398 took 5 phone calls and two weeks to get back. They refused to give the 214 back entirely. DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANISATION THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ACT LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.

Ordered a twin zygosity testing for my curiosity of my twins. I know they MCDA but through this test, I can confirm that they're definitely identical. Highly accurate. Happy with their service and very keen.

After years of searching i finally found my biological dad and i can say its defiantly him thanks to international bioscience as i asked on my Facebook my friend said she got a dna test from international bioscience so i looked for them and decided to go with them i received my results very quickly i really would recommend this company.. good customer service easy to use and very quick responses am so happy that the last piece of my jigsaw has been confirmed and found :)

Despite all that is going on in the world right now IBDNA still managed to turn around the results 3 days early meaning I could enjoy bank holiday weekend without uncertainty. Great service thank you

International Biosciences was referred by a friend for my relationship testing. On contacting them in midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, They delivered more than expected even when ALL offices were closed.(work from home). Email communications were highly recommended. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che un cane di 25 kg (a soli 7 mesi!) incrocio di pastori da conduzione, possa essere risultato una composizione di Cavalier King, Chihuahua e Barboncino...E solo in minima parte Pastore Tedesco e Border Collie.
Avevo già fatto il test col precedente mio cane (incrocio Collie) ed era risultato essere un livello 2 Pastore Tedesco.
Ho voluto riprovare ma ho avuto la conferma. Assolutamente inattendibile!

Sono partita un po' scettica rispetto a questo test (DNA canino per la razza), ma a posteriori mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatta. Il servizio clienti risponde in maniera accurata e tempestiva, le tempestiche sono state addirittura ridotte rispetto all'aspettatativa iniziale (3 settimane). La cosa più sorprendente però sono stati i risultati. Senza alcuna foto hanno identificato la razza principale della mia meticcia confermando la derivazione Border Collie che le si poteva attribuire guardandola. Fantastici!

Having searched a few websites I chose this company as the price was right and everything was easy to understand. My dog was a "rescue" crossbreed and although I was sure she was a high percentage of collie I was interested to know what else she was. The testing pack came within 2 days and I was kept informed by email that they had received it. The results arrived by email within the timescale promised. Overall I was very pleased and impressed.

Their gender test for babies was WRONG. They told me boy and i am having a girl. And they were rude and uncommunicative over email. I never received any actual lab results even tho i asked twice. Im convinced they just threw my test in the trash and guessed

I contacted IBDNA very timid and hesitant. I was unsure about how valid considering the lack of reviews, but chalked it up to people probably being nervous to review. I had a great experience from the beginning. My kit arrived within standard shipping times for my non-invasive Prenatal Paternity test. The instructions were clear and I got several emails with instructions to enforce directions for accuracy. If you are a healthcare professional and are familiar with kits such as cordblood donation kits, this kit only supplies maternal blood draw tube (not drawing supplies) and fraternal swabs. I was of course impatient waiting for results, but received them exactly 7 days after the lab contacted me to confirm sample arrival. My results were easy to read and straight forward in terms geared toward non medical personnel. All in all, the process took about a month from the time that I ordered my kit, waiting for it to arrive, completing kit, mailing it off to arrive in two days time at the lab (mine arrived on Memorial Day, so processing took place next day of which they notified me) , then 7 days to process results and receive them. So it’s fast, but do consider purchasing, shipping for kit and samples, then processing. All in all, it was worth every. Single. Penny. For my peace of mind. I am a more than happy customer. Also, customer service was amazing and easy to contact.

I found this company very professional and helpful. When my test kit got lost in the post they replaced it for me, which I really appreciated. The results I got were detailed with helpful advice on how to manage the allergies. I was surprised by the results. For years I thought my dog had an allergy to beef and I suspected other red meats. Now I know why the itching never really subsided no matter what I did. Rabbit, shellfish and soy all came back positive for mine. Which now gives me a clear view on what to avoid! I would definitely recommend this company.

I searched for a DNA site to test my mixed breed rescue dog. Int'l Biosciences came highup the list and the information and ease of use of the website made me order a kit. Notifications ad updates by email were prompt and accurate and the results came back well within the fortnight estimate. The breeds were surprising but I had guessed three which came back so I'm very happy with the result and service. I'd definitiely recommend

I had my large tall slim long haired black dogs DNA tested and it came back saying she is a Staffordshire bull terrier. What a load of rubbish wouldn’t even bother going to use another company and compare.

Very happy with the service, which helped me identify the breed of my (mystery) dog!

A slight delay and confusion caused by a courier mishap, which was lost in the post, but all was sorted out swiftly and customer response times were very good. The photo on the certificate was a nice touch!

They were very helpful in the conversations through email and professional sending me the kit in a small brief with no ads so no neighbor would notice I am doing a DNA test. Got the results in only 4 working days!
