Just used this company last week lost my beloved samoyed blizzard, this company are amazing , they picked up blizzard from home on thursday & returned him back home to me today with his ashes, paw print lovely card & candle & forget me not seeds to plant in his memory ! personal touches & the collection of blizzard was professional & dignified , he was treated with respect

I have used this company on other occasions and they never fail to make losing our fur baby that little bit easier. I've just had my Bonita's ashes returned and everything was so beautifully done from her actual urn to a little phial of her ashes put separate as I'm having them put into a ring. I also paid for a plaster cast of her paws which was done along with some of her hair.
I honestly can't recommend this company enough and a special thanks to Steven for his compassion and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else so thank you so much.

Abig thankyou to Care Pet Crem for their brilliant service the young lady that does reception and the gentlemen that picked up our dog Boss and took him away to be cremated and also he brought back Boss's ashes and small gifts so beautiful their careing was amazing great service well recommended thankyou again so much Mr&Mrs Robertson RIP BOSS

Our beautiful big lab Buddy passed away and the wonderful team organised everything we needed with kindness and care nothing was a bother for them there was absolutely no sales pitch no up selling no pushing just kindly made us aware of our options and they took care of everything right down to arranging a vet and bringing Buddy home the whole team took so much weight off our shoulders and kept us right step by step at the hardest times could not fault anything but my gratitude could go on and on the little things they do made the biggest impact like laying a flower on Budd after he passed at home what an absolutely beautiful team we can trust and rely on at times of grief x

When my furbaby Harley had to be put to sleep icare pet crem took care of the cremation. They were absolutely lovely and understood the loss I was going through. Only had to wait 2 days to get my Harleys ashes back which was so amazing to have her back as quick. Such a caring and compassionate team

After having my dog euthanised due to a terminal illness iCare crem dealt with everything professionally and compassionately, from collection of our dog to the delivery of ashes and keep sakes.

Stephen who came to our house both times was empathetic and offered genuine condolences, he assured us our dog was in good hands and would be well looked after which is exactly what we needed to hear at that moment.

Cant thank i care enough , the staff are amazing , sadly my best friend wolfie crossed the rainbow bridge and icare were there to help with the after care which was exceptional, returning wolfies a few days later , between cloud 9 vets and icare I will always be very thankful for making a very hard day that little easier due to there compassion and understanding and there kind words

Recently we had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our precious 15 year old labradoodle put to sleep. This was done at home for us by Cloud 9 Vets, who were amazing, and the lady from ICare. Pet Crem, Lesley, collected Buzz, took him to the crematorium and duly returned his ashes to us a few days later. All this was done with the utmost kindness and dignity, for which we were so grateful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in our position. Thank you so much, Lesley!

What a fantastic company. Sadly my boy Simba passed on 7/5/25 & his brother Rio on 15/5/25. The care & professionalism they have shown was amazing. When Rio passed Stephen came to collect him, he was truly amazing, he showed such care in looking after my boy, making sure he was snuggled up in his blanket & his toy, he was so respectful & said we could take all the time we wanted. This company go above & beyond, I honestly cannot say how great they have been throughout this heartbreaking time. Thank you to all of you. Jo x

Having to put my dog down was the hardest decision I ever had to make. I was fortunate to do it at home and icare collected him with so much respect. I had the ashes back within two days with some unexpected extras. Thank you for making it a little easier.

Had to say goodbye to our boy Bailey on 30 9.24. He almost made it to 16yrs. We are extremely heartbroken, having had to take the decision to have him put to sleep but know that he is at peace now and not in any pain. We lost Dexter aged 8 and two days later Albert 18. Both our cat babies were treated with the utmost care and dignity. We never would have thought of taking their pawprints at such a difficult time so it was a much appreciated option. Finding some of their beautiful fur in with their casket etc was a beautiful gesture. It was such a heart breaking few days (still is) made easier with the service we received. Many thanks.

I lost my little staffy buster. The Icare team came to get him on the 29th the Thursday and buster was cremated and brought back only 3 days later. I can't praise this company enough. The little things they thought of really did give me comfort as I was all over the place I wasn't thinking about fur or any keep sakes. Thank god you guys were. I really appreciate every little and big thing yous done for buster and my family. Honestly can't thank them enough. I felt as ease knowing buster was in good hands. Amazing company thank you so so much. From the bottom of my heart.

I would like to say thank you to icare pet crem staff for helping us through the worst day that we dreaded would come.My baby Tia passed away 26th march at home helped by cloud 9 and Alistair picked Tia up for her cremation.Alistair was so dignified and sypathetic when i was a blubbering mess.He was so gentle taking her away and promised he would look after her.I got her ashes home within a few days with a little candle and some of her fur ,Tia got the beautiful send off she deserved and it was made a little easier by people who care

Alasdair gave my poor boy more respect and care than most funeral directors I’ve worked with during family bereavements. Such a lovely caring man and service can’t recommend them enough.

Our beloved Cat Pepsi was put to sleep aged 16 years and 3 months after a wonderful life living in a Manor House with big large private grounds to roam, complete with trees to climb, wild life to chase and flowers to smell, as well as plenty friendly neighbours to get pats from. She really was Lady of the Manor and required a cremation service fitting of such a wonderful life, regardless of cost. From start to finish Icare staff were extremely helpful, friendly and sympathetic, and were also very understanding when it came to us making changes to dates, as we postponed Pepsi's putting down a number of times, in order to try Steroids. When the day came. I care collected her from our home, and when they returned her ashes they did so inside a Cat ornament which we purchased from them. They also included many complimentary gifts such as sympathy cards, rememberance cards, candle, poem, and a locket of her hair, all things which we have added to her shrine.

Alastair from ICare collected Skye from our home after a visit from the vet. He treated Skye with all the respect and dignity he deserved and made us feel very secure that he would be cared for. When we got his ashes back they were presented in a lovely scatter tube, along with some of his hair in a pouch and some forget-me-not seeds to plant. At every step we felt Skye was in good hands and we have no hesitation in recommending ICarePetCrem.
