Dreadful. Not fit for purpose.
Dreadful. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. First thing was the invoice was 'disappeared' so although I have the product, I have no useful proof of purchase.
The iCarsoft MB 2.0 does only the most basic tests and resets such as service history.
In my opinion the scanner is not fit for purpose.
I do not expect the same power as the Mercedes Xentry tool but basic fault detection and resets after component replacement is an essential.
Anything more complex such as resetting basic error codes, even if you can detect them, does not work.
I have given up with it recently after multiple attempts and email exchanges since September. ICarsoft technical support in the USA finally agreed that I was right about the thing being unable to deal with detecting and correcting the fault as it was claimed to do. iCarsoft UK seem to be inoperative and their UK website stone dead.
