I have placed several orders with this company. I have found nothing but easy payment, easy delivery and easy ordering. They made it even better when I made a mistake and contacted them straight away to let them know of my error. they found my order and had it redirected to me with minimal fuss and had done so very well. Thumbs up to this company and how they conduct business.

The absolute best. Great products and amazing customer service.

First time I ordered from here it came next day. I placed an order yesterday morning, it said if you order before 4pm it will be delivered next day, which should be today. My order is still showing as “processing “ on my account even though I ordered yesterday before 4pm. Have tried calling the company’s number to get an update but no one answers. Have also been on live chat and no one ever responds and also sent an email and no response. So no idea when my order is being shipped

I got the Roulette, 14g x 3, had an issue with the Quality, but they sorted it for me right away, great customer service!

I’ve used this company around 5 times and have purchased a wide range of their products from seeds, gummies, vapes to cbd flowers.
Every single product I have purchased from them has been 10/10 in quantity/taste. All work as they should and I would highly recommend them to anyone as I have done already. They are now my go to shop for ALL my cbd needs!! I no longer smoke THC since finding this shop and will always be using these guys.

Ice Head Shop are great in terms of selling you an item and delivering it, with good Customer Service.

Cons: Not really a head shop, they sell snortable caffeine and Vapes.

Quick delivery polite customer service very helpful however all the cbd hemp flower smells the same and tastes the same
