Identity The Jewellers Opiniones

No problems at all using this seller. The item purchased was despatched immediately with good communication. The only slight comment would be that the Tresor bracelet did not come in a Tresor Box. This wasn't a problem for me as I had one that I could put it in that I'd had from a previous bracelet. Other than this, everything was perfect and reasonably priced compared to other jewellers.

Bought from here before. Reliable, quick service. All i ask.

I ordered a nomination charm for my daughter's birthday which is in January. It arrived in the post two days later. The only thing I haven't managed to work out is how to construct the flat pack cardboard box, otherwise I am thrilled with my purchase. I just hope she likes it.

Very quick delivery, watch was well packaged and as described. What else can you ask for from a company

Order placed on 11th of December. I have still not received item. Emailed your customer service but no response as when it will arrive.

On making an order on line there were problems when it came to paying. The site advised not to click again but to contact them to avoid potentially paying twice. To contact the company you left an on line message. I was called back within 3 hours and they were able to confirm that no payments had been taken. The person on the phone then double checked that the items I had ordered were in stock and once this was confirmed took payment over the phone. I was advised that the items would be dispatched that same day ( this was at 15:30) and the items arrived by 13: the next day. Excellent customer service, would definitely reconmmend

I bought Nomination charms for my composable bracelet a few times, and every time I was pleasantly surprised how quick the delivery was. I like their range of jewellery, variety of choice and reliable service.

I would recommend this retailer to anyone without a doubt. Item was delivered exceptionally quick and was beautifully gift wrapped. I am very pleased and will definitely be purchasing items from them again in the near future. Many thanks!

I'd recommend this site to anyone - I was able to find the Fossil watch I wanted with pretty much the lowest price online. The watch was delivered within a couple of days well packaged and with the official Fossil presentation tin.

Brilliant. I'll be back.

Purchased a Nomination bracelet charm as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Purchased online in the evening. The following morning received an email to say it had been dispatched and the next day it arrived... absolutely perfect!! A wonderful shopping experience and will definitely use again!!

I ordered a gorgeous bracelet for my daughters 21st. It was easy to order and was delivered beautifully packaged, and really quickly. Communication was excellent and i am so impressed by the quality of service, and product, that i will use the company again for my other daughters 18th present.

Brilliant service, with super fast delivery! Thank you! :)

It was very painless to use this website from browsing the various items through to creating an account and receiving my order. I will definitely be back, thanks!

Customer service was just ace. The company rang me up as a product was out of stock and also to discuss size. Very pleasant guys and grtextremely helpful. Delivered within two days and really

I ordered a charm in the evening & it arrived the next again day! Well packaged & exactly as ordered. I was delighted.

I had seen the rings in a shop that were unable to sell them due to being discontinued, so searched the internet, and straight away came across your site. The rings are in memory of my daughter and are perfect, although one ring was unavailable you were able to provide a recommended replacement which was spot on!...... the only downfall is they were double the price that I had seen them in the shop for and arrived in bag without a box with no protection.

Will be ordering again for sure

This site was reccommended by a friend after I struggled to find a Nomination charm in a high street jewellers - service and range was brilliant and the charm was delivered the next day - superb!

Website easy to use quick delivery no problems would use again

After initial problems with the internet order (a problem with my bank not their website), I quickly received a response to my query.
All correspondence was fast and professional and the item arrived in good time. I would definitely order from them again!
