Pleased with service received…
I was really pleased with the service I received from Idyll Homes. My pots came within a few days of ordering. One of them unfortunately arrived broken but Claire at Idyll arranged for a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days.

Great overall experience
Communication was very good. I would have been unable to get the garden sofa to the back of my property on my own so they took the trouble to organise the delivery to fit my needs. They also changed the delivery time at my request because the first suggested time was not convenient. The sofa itself is a lovely piece, strong and weatherproof but very elegant and was a great price.
