J'ai commandé plusieurs fois sur ce site, jamais déçu. Il y a juste l'emballage pour les steelbook qui sont un peu léger, les délais de livraison sont raisonnables.
I have ordered several times from this site, never disappointed. There is just the packaging for the steelbooks which is a little light, the delivery times are reasonable.

Bra utbud och riktigt bra priser! Fick varorna efter drygt 2 veckor vilket är rimligt med tanke på att de skickas från USA. Ingen fraktkostnad och inga dolda avgifter tillkom och det enda extra är skatten som betalas direkt i kassan. Att vissa råkar ut för att tullen tar ut en avgift är knappast något Wowhd kan rå för!

I pre-ordered a game to be shipped from USA as I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I was slightly concerned by all the negative reviews as the low price and no shipping cost seemed too good to be true. However it arrived safely today, 11 days after the release date, and in time for the recipient’s birthday! I was notified of the dispatch date and the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the tracking number didn’t work.

I pre-ordered a vinyl ltd edition record and a week after it was released I emailed them to see where it was only to told it was out of stock.I will never use this company again.

EXCELLENT service and would say to all of you who are worried about this Company that you have no need to be.

I really should have checked out Trustpilot first. By the time that they added VAT on top of the price it wasn’t exactly cheap but when it arrived the BluRay box was broken beyond words...this is crud...complete crud.I could not be bothered to return it because I get the feeling that resolving this issue would go on forever

Jag har köpt från WOWHD under ett flertal år. Det första köpet redan 2012 om jag minns rätt. Jag har alltid fått mina leveranser inom den tidsram som jag fått, kanske med något enstaka undantag. Med tanke på prissättning och portofrihet finns det ingen motsvarighet på marknaden idag.

Hallo. Die Ware sind die Hälfte made in Mexico und made in Argentina , manchmal made in USA. Auf meine Vorwürfe wegen der Herstellung , gibt der Verkäufen an : auf meine eigene Kosten zurück zu schicken ! Bitte keine Einkäufer beim WOW HD mehr ! Lieber zahle ich paar Euro mehr beim Amazon ! Finder weg , die Ware aus den Drittländern von den Höchstpreisen wie USA oder EU der Herstellung !!!

Be careful if you order from the UK over £15 as a 20% sales tax will be added. I never noticed this and tried to cancel but they would not

I was apprehensive about ordering off this website due to the profound amount of negative reviews. However, I live in the UK and could not buy specific blu ray titles, so decided to use this WOWHD as it was a much cheaper alternative. I ordered 2 criterion films and had no problems with this website. They notified me when each order had been shipped and they arrived 10 days after shipping with no damage to the films. I will definitely be using this website again.

Har igen beställt nu 3 gånger på kort tid och inga problem alls, jag anser att det är det bästa sättet att kunna köpa 4k filmer väldigt billigt och pålitligt. Det enda negativa är att det tar lite tid innan man får prylarna men det är det värt.

I have been buying from them for over 10 years. Service has become tardy of recent. No response now to several emails and no product delivered. Complaint lodged with PayPal, getting refund. Disappointing end to a great relationship..

Ich kenne Wow HD auch noch aus den Zeiten von CD Wow, bestelle dort seit etlichen Jahren CDs/DVDs zu sehr guten Preisen und hatte noch nie ein Problem. Durch die kostenfreie Lieferung aus dem Ausland dauert die Lieferung meistens um die 2 Wochen, selten länger, aber angekommen ist bis jetzt alles und immer in Topzustand!

Company is a scam - claim goods shipped but no tracking number provided and no way to get one

After many e-mails CD Wow did send me a replacement boxset, But it did take me some months to get them to change their minds. Never Give Up

I've used them for years now - CD purchases mostly and it's true that orders can take a little while to arrive. Once you accept that your order might take up to 6 weeks (sometimes) to arrive, it's fine - don't order in late November for Christmas gift delivery and you won't be dissappointed. The one time I had an issue with a package getting lost, the order was re-shipped without question or delay - customer service was friendly and efficient. Can be useful at times - you may find they have some back catalogue music that other online sellers don't carry.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering for the first time. A music blu ray arrived in excellent time to Australia. However I was always concerned - after ordering - that it was not going to arrive and/or not be the real deal. It arrived in good packaging condition but I have an app where I record all my discs in a library. To do this I scan the bar code. This was a very rare occasion when the bar code was not recognised. A manual entry was also not recognised. That was not encouraging. An examination of the disc showed a few scratch marks and the playing surface was certainly not pristine. However it played satisfactorily but I was left with wondering if I got an original disc or a copy. I am unable to positively say that the Blu-Ray was a fake but I have serious concerns. I won’t be ordering again. I’d rather pay more and be happy.

Ordered Item mid November and still a no show late January.
Company inform we they will not issue an exchange or refund till item is returned. How can you return an item you never received!
Have ordered a refund through PayPal. Hopefully they can get my money back.
