I have been using the IGPR managed…
I have been using the IGPR managed service for a couple of years now, it's an invaluable tool for us at the practice as we receive on average 100 subject access requests a month. The managed service saves us considerable time and staffing costs and it's a really easy service to use.

Very helpful in assisting me with importing documents to iGPR. Good knowledge and kindness shown by Tom, thank you for your help.
I find the iGPR system easy to use although they offer to provide the service for completing reports on behalf of the surgery which I think is a great idea. However this comes at a small cost and as we are only a small surgery do not feel this would be beneficial to us, but would most definitely recommend to save practice time.
iGPR Managed Service - Absolutely Recommended
iGPR managed service have made such a difference to the preparation of our reports. The service is fast and efficient. Redactions are accurate. The support recieved from the IGPR team has been fast, helpful and efficient. Would absolutly recommend the managed service to any GP Practice looking to make efficiencies in their PMA processes.
Requested a call back
My manager organised a call back with IGPR for a certain day and time asking for help with files/attachments not being recognised and needing importing. We were importing them one at a time which was so tedious. Tom showed me a way to import them all at once. Tom was helpful, polite and friendly.
Improved workload massively
IGPR has made a massive difference to workload management, makes completing insurance reports much quicker and more efficiently. Very easy to use product, staff are extremely helpful if ever need to contact them with problems. Would highly recommend
GREAT TIMES SAVING SERVICE
We have only just started using IGPR. I spoke with Lee a few times regarding the services offered and we decided on the Managed Service which frees up a lot of GP time.
Great service and great support if you have any queries. Really don't know why we didn't do this sooner.

I find using IGPR software is so easy
I find using IGPR software is so easy, it makes the process of SAR's requests and electronic reports much more efficient to free up time to be working on other workloads.
Great Product
The software is easy to use and all options are covered. The engineers are very helpful in solving any problems. The only drawback is the time waiting in the queue on the helpline. This is the only reason I have dropped a star. Otherwise Excellent.
Positive iGPR experience
iGPR provide a helpful and time-saving service within the GP setting towards completing SARs, medical reports and insurance reports. We also find that the support team are very useful in explaining ways we can best utilise the iGPR report types/settings.

iGPR has saved us so much Practice time, admin and clinical. We have been using iGPR now for over 2.5 years and I would be lost with out it. It eliminates a majority of the admin work around medical reports and especially the SAR requests. Would highly recommend.
