From start to finish, the service and communication from Igrab was impeccable.

The customer service was excellent. As an out of state purchaser I had a question regarding stock and availability over the weekend before my purchase and the representative was quick to answer via their dedicated online service.

Would have given 5 stars but other handles I’m after are not in stock. Was originally told they would be in stock in June now told not till August. Had to buy other handles that don’t match until the handles I need come into stock.

Absolutely loved dealing with this company, product was even better in looks and quality than I expected and fast prompt delivery.

No Delivery Docket with order would be helpful when it is going to a business to be able to know which job it had been ordered for.

Dilevery was quick and goods were well packed.

The handles should be named brushed gold not brushed brass. It's not even close to brass.

Product quality seems very decent (only question will be longevity, but seems all good so far), price was excellent, shipping was quick. Very happy so far...
