Ordered a box of Oliva Serie V Churchill Extras (at an incredible price) from these guys recently.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little sceptical when ordering, as is the case with so many cigar sites. However, I needn't have worried: from start to finish, the service was flawless.

Great communication, quick delivery, excellent packaging and, perhaps most importantly, great cigars that smoked brilliantly straight away.

Can't recommended them enough! Will be ordering from them again.

I ordered a box of Upman's from iHavana about 6 weeks ago.I let thenm rest in my humidor for about 2 weeks. I've smoked 4 and unfortunately gave one to a business prospect. Out of the 4 that I've smoked, 3 have have been so tight that it's hard to draw them. They do not burn evenly at all. The business prospect smoked his not quite half-way and put it down for the same reason. Embarrassing and disappointing. Won't buy any more from these guys as these cigars aren't handmade Cuban cigars. Buyer beware, lesson learned here.

I have ordered from Ihavanas for close to 10 years and I have never had any problem with the authenticity of any of the cigars I've received as I checked them all with Habanos S.A., and all the codes have checked out accurate and the cigars authentic. Additionally, my cigars have always arrived promptly and the one time I had a problem with an excessive delay (during Covid), they were preparing to resend; however, the cigars arrived the following week.
Anyone claiming these cigars are "fake" are simply trying to undermine or slander this company.

I just received my Ramon allones today and as with my previous 4 orders, cigars arrived in perfect condition ! also as with my previous orders, I had the cigars authenticated by an expert. Ihavanas is WITHOUT a doubt the VERY BEST place to obtain Quality cigars. The care they take in packaging is over the top ! Service has always been 5 Stars ! I could not be happier !!

I have used I Havana’s since June 2019 placed over 19 separate orders - probably amounting to a total of 40 boxes of cigars .
Fantastic service ,superb selection , and outstanding prices —- yes a couple of orders have failed to appear - but if they post them and they don’t arrive ,you can’t blame I Havanas — but any time this has happened , Bryan and his team have either re sent the order or issued a instant refund — I can’t fault that.

The quality of all cigars has been top class EVERY TIME —over the past 2-3 years I have moved from Cuban Cigars ( personally I find the quality just too inconsistent now— very sad ) to New World ( which have vastly improved ) and they have a great selection of both to suit all tastes.
Can I stress I have no affiliation to I Havana’s whatsoever — just a customer who sees and
appreciates good service when he gets it ,and would like other people to know and order without apprehension.

Recently ordered from this company, shipped on the 6th of August received on the 25th. Cigars where in good condition, great prices and would do business again.

I bought 50 cigars two boxes of 25 and they came to me all moldy as hell green and greyish blue mold and white mold with fuzz. I sent them a message and they were not prompt to respond so I got on the internet and every Where I looked said to just throw them away because the last thing you want to do is inhale moldy cigars.So that is what I did. Now when they finally called me they wanted me to take pictures and send them back then they will replace them. With what the same one I send them? What they going to wipe them down and give them back or maybe give them to some other person. They even told me to wipe them down and they should be alright. Sorry no they wont be. Basically they want you to inhale a moldy cigar. Stop doing business with them they wont help you at all. I know I will not do business with them ever again and I hope they choke on their mold and my money $220.00 it was never about the money it was about the crap they sent me.

They are selling fake Cuban cigars. Avoid at all costs.
