Only gave 1 star as couldnt give zero. No response from them. Need bigger mouthguard but cant get confirmation of request or seen intent to send. Shocking service.

Poor and unhelpful communication and no updates on product status

Very slow to respond and even excuses are inconsistent and make no sense. Piad for shippping and still no traacking number when other sellers with free shipping would have already had the items delivered. If not a scam then whaytever is worse. A hitchhiker could have delivered it by now and would at least have provided trsscking and a response

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company . I was over changed didn’t notice till after I ordered I checked my PayPal account and the company added charges on my order. I did contact them and the company said it was a mistake . I requested them cancel my order I felt the company was being dishonest. The company said they can’t cancel my order it’s was already shipped. Well that was a lie, I received tracking like 5 days later when product shipped. I said I would refuse delivery which I did and guess what they said they can’t receive packages back and will not refund my money. Do not order from this company it’s a scam !

Purchased 3 lots of toothpaste in case we can’t get any again, it’s messy but really good stuff, it’s definitely helped my teeth stay healthy
