Great service, impeccable products
We've ordered name badges from Imagin twice in the past year and they've always gone over and above to answer our queries and get our order delivered on time. And the badges look great. Highly recommended.

Good quality badge, but be careful which attachment you choose
The badge itself was good quality and looks professional. However, when I chose the method of how the badge attaches to clothes, I chose the pin method (meaning a small metal pin goes in and out the clothing to hold the badge on the clothing). This was a mistake because the badge hangs forward, facing down a bit when in use. This means customers at work can’t see the writing on my badge. I did manage to fix this by stuffing some material behind the badge to stop this from happening. I would recommend this company, as long as you don’t choose the pin attachment like I did.

Thank you for your honest feedback! 😊 We’re glad you’re happy with the quality and professional look of the badge. We appreciate your note about the pin attachment — it’s really helpful for us and other customers to know how different options work in practice. However, I think this item may have had an issue with it as this is not a problem with pin badges that we see often. In the future please reach out to us and we will always aim to fix any faulty products promptly. Also, if you ever want advice on choosing attachments or need help with a future order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help! 💖
