Absolute tool bags working for them,the guy rang me 9 months ago telling me that broadband coming in 2 months and my old internet will be gone,since I couldn’t get broadband I got another supplier and rang imagine to cancel them after 2 months only to be told I can’t cancel until my contract is up in 8 months.

We have had numerous bookings and attempted booking with Imagine Ireland and they have always been very good. As well as being polite and professional staff have been helpful and friendly. Even when they could not provide what we were after, they got back to us and kept us informed. From our experiences I would recommend them.

Booked holiday home twice with Imagine Ireland and both were nightmare experiences and the aftercare Customer Service awful. First time in Kerry had several issues with property including Brown tap water. Gave benefit of doubt and went elsewhere in Kerry second time around. Second time, multitude of issues including blocked drains, house filthy, etc. Place turned into a building site to repair with Kango's, etc, with elderly Parents and small baby 9 months of age. MD and staff are a nightmare to deal with and failed to release documents in SAR request. Avoid at all costs, I personally wouldn't use them ever again in my life! Rude company to the core.

Imagine Ireland Cancellation policy is terrible . Cancelled our stay in cottage 54 days in advance of the arrival and got 50% of full payment!! Ridiculous!! We live in 2022 where free cancellation policy exist and everything done for customers satisfaction, most cancellation policies u can cancel 2 days in advance. Will never use this site again!!!

The house was very filthy. Imagine Ireland did nothing about it. Our complaints fell on deaf ears. All we got was blah blah blah about the T’s & C’s. Very poor customer service. A very irritating, frustrating and upsetting experience over all. Imagine Ireland seemed to be only focused on grabbing our money.
Stay as far away from them as possible.

A super big house located close to Killarney and other attractions. Lovely large kitchen with everything you would need. Extremely comfortable with four bed rooms. Beautiful landscape and mountains surrounding the property. The owners are lovely people and very welcoming when we arrive. Would book again for a stay and would recommend to others.

We had to cancel due to EU directive on Delta cases in UK. As I have had no reply to my correspondence which I sent recorded delivery to the CEO, I am now preparing my papers for a small claims case. Funnily enough, the property reference number is now for a completely different property?

I've made a mistake using their services, they are expensive, inflexible, no value added. Avoid if you can.

Spent a week with my partner and little dog with Noreen Keohane near Skibbereen in West Cork. Wonderful experience . Lovely quiet house with magnificent gardens , spectacular views. Noreen could not be more friendly and helpful. Property 10 to 15 mins drive to Skibbereen. Anyone wishing to get away from it all could not find better. Strongly recommend

Imagine booking a cottage for the weekend with ImagineIreland only to discover it is not what you imagined. The Castletownsend, County Cork cottage they were so proud of was dark, damp, dingy and dirty. For the privilege we discovered we had to pay TWO booking fees of £46. We had to buy our own toilet paper and the cooker ran out of Calor gas on the first night. The heating, which seldom worked properly, we had to pay extra for and the wood burning stove in the sitting room had no wood. We also had to pay extra for any electricity we used. The furnishings were matchwood bought from a junk shop and the place was bitterly cold and unwelcoming; altogether a miserly, mean spirited experience like no other cottage we’ve ever booked before. Don’t be fooled by the photographs: the cottage next door was abandoned and derelict.
