Placed order DU_8F6C1E85EBE20FA9B12E on sep-2-2014 and today is oct-5-2014 and nothing happened.. when you try the support option (2 times) or track you order (too much times), it just show some sort of auto answer stating that you order is PENDING. Or the site itself get you banned with an "Error 1010 Ray ID: 7496b8da78e0791 Access denied" message

There is no way to contact them (no mail, no phone, nothing) it really acts as a phantom company.

Since AT&T changed their policy, it is an absolute hassle to get your phone unlocked when you honestly need it, which I do for work. There are dozens of scammer companies out there, and you can only do the best research you can to keep yourself from getting ripped off. I put my faith in these folks, and I am now successfully unlocked and on another network. I will recommend this company to you as they will get the job done, maybe not the fastest, but more importantly (to me) because they have EXCELLENT customer service. I had a few inquiries along the way, and they helped me within the hour on a Sunday. Price is reasonable and you know you will have help if needed. I'd recommend 100%.

This company states that they will unlock your phone between 1-14 days, i understand that sometimes it may take more than that but its been a whole month and they haven't been able to unlock it, i wrote them a email and their answer was that at&t's servers where down, my question is why advertise something that can't be done and within the time frame they say it will be done,horrible service, dont get it.
