We had our first renewal of our mortgage this year! Lets say it wasnt fun with a huge interest jump and lots of things to cover that were quite somber topics! BUT James had us both laughing and at ease quite quickly into the call.

Patience of a saint! & a generally all round credit to IMH.

Hopefully we have the pleasure of James guiding us through our mortgage renewal again in another 5 years!

Lewis was very friendly and he is excellent at explaining things that are difficult to understand. He has great customer service and is very professional in his manner. He is a pleasant, well mannered gentleman with great knowledge and guidance on the best options available. He was very thorough about every detail. Highly recommend Lewis.

This was our first time remortgaging, and Harry Jones was amazing. We decided not to take out the protection cover because we'd already arranged it elsewhere. You might expect that part of the call to be a little awkward or pushy, but Harry was a complete professional and made us feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

We dealt with Mykola Allen for our mortgage renewal.
Mykola has a very friendly manner and a good way of explaining jargon you may not understand. He had us in hysterics at times but all the way very very professional. While he set us up with the best mortgage possible, he also pointed to alternatives and offered advice on all options. We knew by the time we finished our phone call appointment he had set us up with the best deal out there.

He guided me through the whole process which was not straightforward due to my credit history. He made sure I got the very best rate and gave informed detailed advice explaining the pros and cons at each decision point.
