Non existent prewash.
Once again the attended prewash at Hailsham was atrocious, just a tickle with the pressure washer and my vehicle seemed to move through the car wash very quickly. It's definitely not as good as it used to be and yet costs more.

Still dirt n the rear window and rushed pre wash
Had the top wash Ceramic XTR, the preach was rush and the rear window was missed, the wash program was quicker than expected and the wing mirrors were still wet and dirty, the rear window was still dirty, not the first time, being disabled I can’t just get out the car and take photos and when you contact IMO they ask for photos or they just ignore you.

Staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately the car wash isn’t as good as it should be for the price. Lots of marks left on my car and not very well dried.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH
The guy who came up to me and asked which wash I wanted was very rude. I had already purchased the wash whilst in the queue on your App but couldn't find the QR code as it was my first time of using the App. He said I would have to pay again as he didn't know anything about the App!
I wont be using this car wash again as he wasn't very nice!!
Also I picked the Triple Foam which is one up from the usual car wash I have there but it seemed much shorter!!

My car came out still dirty in patches, you could see where the circular motion had been over the sides and back but not got rid of any of the dirt!

Thank you for your great feedback. We’re very pleased that our service met your expectations.
Paid full price for the ultra HD wash
Paid full price for the ultra HD wash, left with a dirty boot/back of car & wheels. Attendants don’t give any time to clean as described. He was also smoking where the cars drive in, then threw the cigarette under my car. I had a baby & young child on board, totally unacceptable as we don’t want to be breathing those toxins in. Very poor service at Hailsham.
