Harrogate branch I paid on app but it didn’t show on my wallet so I had to pay again Wash stopped before it was dried. Just told to drive off.no refund,no explanation,no refund I had to dry it off myself it was the ceramic wash too so cost me £40.00 in all,the app did update later on but I will never use the Harrogate wash near Morrisons again

Such a good experience payed attention to every detail and thoroughly cleaned the car leaving it looking new so happy with results of the mini vallet will definitely be coming back and the staff were great !!

This car wash gets the job done. It is especially helpful that the attendant puts soapy water on certain areas of the car prior to entering the car wash. The car wash by Sainsbury doesn’t work nearly as well.

Happy overall
Easy to access, the wash was quick and the results as expected. Only problem was the car wasn't dried off at the end despite the air blowers. Happy overall.

My back windscreen wiper came off at the last stages of the drying process. It's a brand new car, so I'm pretty annoyed and not what I expected to happen in a car wash! The man in charge has taken my details, so it'll be interesting to see if your company contact me, or whether it's going to be a battle to get my property fixed.
