He provided me with proper legal advice when other solicitors said that nothing could be done regarding our case. Mr Abbas carefully considered every aspect of our matter and presented it to the Home Office, although the application was initially refused.

However, based on his legal knowledge and confidence in the case, he proceeded to the First-tier Tribunal, where we won. The Home Office then appealed the decision, but once again Mr Abbas successfully defended the case and we won again.

Despite two tribunal losses, the Home Office approached the Upper Tribunal, but Mr Abbas remained confident throughout the process, and Alhamdulillah, we were successful once again.

Eventually, our Family Private Life Visa was granted on the 10-year route.

Mr Abbas’s communication throughout the case was exceptional, with no delays at all. He kept us informed and supported during every stage of this very stressful journey.
