Not honest cost charge
I called the service on a Sunday, because my mom was very unwell. The service was fast and the doctor came after 1h. He did a simple check of blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen levels, and he suggested to go to the hospital.
The problem is that he charged 150€ instead of the 120€ I was told on the phone when booking the visit.
I called back the company asking for a 30€ refund, they told the would call me back but it never happened. After few days I wrote an email, and no answer.
These people take advantage of the emotionally weak situation people are in, worried about health. I will never use this service again and would not recommend to anyone.
