Incompetent, one star so that I can proceed. Recent Housing Ombudsman Service response. SERVICE FAILURE, MALADMINISTRATION. That is from one of my complaints about the conduct of staff, lack of service and support , they were made to make an apology plus more.. Incommunities use and abuse the system and after stage 2 they state you can go to the HOS, do it !! I know the complaint process can be stressful and sometimes you think what the hell, Im not taking it any further, or can't be bothered. No ! do not leave it, this is what they rely on. The HOS will help if Incommunities Ltd fail you. The more you report the more the HOS will see this Association for what it really is. Incommunities Ltd have the authority to act on many of your issues but refuse to do so. Give them the reputation they deserve, take it all the way to the Ombudsman Service. As long as you have the evidence, they will do what is right and legal. Im on my second complaint due to not following the requirements of the first. Shame on you Incommunities Ltd. I will not stop until you stand by your responsibilities.
