As a regular Wowcher customer, I thought nothing of buying via them again.
My experience with IncTablet has been nothing short of appalling. I purchased an iPad Pro 2nd Gen from them through Wowcher, only to discover that the device is incompatible with the latest iOS updates (limited to iOS 17). This critical information was not clearly stated in the listing, leading me to believe the device would meet current software standards. Apple support ran through the checks and unfortunately it doesn’t go past iOS 17.
In today’s digital age, selling devices that are obsolete and not fit for purpose is highly misleading.

Upon requesting a return and refund, IncTablet refused to provide a prepaid return postage label. Instead, they pressured me to drop the dispute I raised with my payment provider before offering any further assistance. This behaviour amounts to blackmail and is wholly unacceptable. They insisted on framing the return as a “change of mind,” despite the issue clearly being a compatibility problem that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Throughout this ordeal, their customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and defensive. They repeatedly blamed me, the customer, for not doing “due diligence,” even though the information provided in their listing was inadequate. I have now provided photographs of the device’s condition before return to both Wowcher and my payment provider as evidence, and I am claiming back all postage costs.

This company does not take responsibility for their products or prioritise resolving customer complaints fairly. Their lack of transparency and unethical practices make them a business to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.

EDIT to Address Merchant Response:

IncTablet has now flagged my review claiming it was defamatory and suggested I might have mistaken them for another company. Yet, they have directly replied to my feedback here, which clearly shows they recognise the validity of the complaint. If this review were about another company, why engage with it at all?

Rather than addressing the legitimate concerns I raised, they continue to shift the blame onto Wowcher for the product description and dismiss the core issue: selling an outdated device incompatible with the latest iOS updates, making it unfit for purpose in 2024. Their repeated attempts to categorise this as a “change of mind” are simply inaccurate and dismissive of the real problem.

Furthermore, flagging my honest experience as defamatory is an underhanded tactic to silence criticism rather than take accountability. Consumers deserve transparency and professionalism, neither of which I experienced here. I will be sharing my evidence with Trustpilot and my payment provider to ensure a fair resolution.

I must stress that the advert was not clear. They keep on sending a screenshot with iOS 17. But if you go on the Wowcher app, there’s lots of iPad deals. My actual voucher and redemption document did not have any reference to iOS 17. More coercion

I had an issue with an iPad Air I purchased from them, they were reluctant to let me send the item back even though it came with a 1 year warranty. The issue was the iPad would crash and not hold charge, despite using multiple types of genuine apple plugs and chargers.
They claimed 'if the device is no longer active this is something that is exempt from warranty process'
So they sell you a faulty item and refuse to cover it under warranty when it stops working.

Fantastic customer service - clear information and prompt replies. Very friendly and helpful. Grade B item - this was my first time purchasing a refurbished item so was not sure what to expect - arrived in great condition. Very pleased with our iPad. Many thanks IncTablet.
We ordered over the bank holiday weekend so there was slight confusion with the expected delivery date provided by Wowcher, however the IncTablet team ensured that the iPad was dispatched as soon as possible and only arrived one day after the date given. I had selected next day delivery so this was not an issue for us and the item arrived in good time for the date we needed it.
Overall 5 stars in every way - thank you IncTablet team.

I have used IncTablet on 2 occasions now to purchase iPads for my children. The communication and service received has always been excellent.

One of the iPads obtained a fault after 9 months and IncTablet were very efficient in repairing the device under warranty and getting the device back to me in a timely manner.

I would definetly recommend IncTablet and have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Excellent company. I ordered an iPad via Groupon and was very impressed with the price the refurbished category. It didn’t arrive so I contacted the team and was emailed back by Natalia. She said the one allocated was not up to standard so they are preparing a different one!!!!!! Wow talk about attention to detail I was so impressed. She kept me informed and the item arrived as discussed. As it was a refurb I was expecting a few scratches or something but no it was in pristine condition. I was even reluctant to give it as a gift lol. I’m so impressed with this company, their customer service and attention to detail. I can’t recommend them highly enough and it even arrived with 70% charge. Thank you so much Natalia and team I look forward to more purchases in the future.

Recently purchased a reconditioned iPad 6 from IncTablet and could not fault them - iPad is great condition and working perfectly for my (very happy) 12 year old. Customer Service was also brilliant as we ordered at the last minute and needed a quick delivery (quicker than what was stated on the order). When I reached out to them, they found the order, expedited it and we got it the next day - in time for my daughter's birthday. Super impressed and would highly recommend!

purchased ipad5 through Wowcher. It had been delivered very promptly. However, started experiencing wi-fi connectivity issues and contacted customer service, who responded surprisingly fast with initial troubleshooting advice. After cancelling out all possible issues IncTablet asked me to return the ipad via prepaid return and sent me a replacement. Overall, very efficient and helpful service. Will probably buy another one soon.

Really good experience. I was quite apprehensive about refurbished but so far so good. Both turned up with a charging lead, safely wrapped in bubble wrap. Only downside was no official iPad box and wrapped in bubble wrap but I suppose they are refurb 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, worth a buy and will be returning for more if they continue to work without issue.

Shocking company, ordered a violet phone for my daughter and they sent a black one bcoz they wanted to complete the order! No communication, just assumptions!!!

This is one of my best discoveries of 2023. I am not the first on here to say so, and I can see why!
The customer service surpasses all reasonable expectations.
Initially I dreaded reaching out to them with some last minute requests to my order, however the team including Natalia, and Alana were quick to reply, efficient and so polite and friendly. Everything has been effortless interacting with them.
