Perfect store I buy many things from it. Not very fast delivery sometimes when out of stock, but 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. Sometimes defective products came in, or destroyed during transfer, and we always got replacements with no problems. Worldwide free shipping is just gret. I strongly recommend this cheap store, and electronics are also durable, for example my cellphone for 80 dollars is working no problems for two years now.

I've already bougth 4 items at indeedbuy.com, and I've had all possible incidents but happily resolved them. There's always someone there to help you and give a real solution for your incident. Items are great according to the price you pay and its really fast to get you if there's stock, something they cant really tell you all the times.

Indeedbuy.com is a great site, I have made over 10 purchases on this website, I've spent just over $ 300 and the truth not a single problem, packets are protected, the quality of the products are excellent.The shipment tracking feature which makes them very safe (if you spend more than U.S. $ 15) and the only thing "wrong" that can stress is that I live in a place where the delivery takes about a month to arrive!

Sometimes their delivery times are a little bit long, or like in my case their suppliers could not deliver at all. But if you send indeedbuy.com a mail they answer for sure and in my case offered to refund my payment. I decided to order some other goods instead. If their reply takes a little while.... ..show some patience. I think they are answering emails of the rest of the world too.

Well, a few items were out of stock, so it took longer for order to be filled then I'd like, but most of order arrived quickly and the out of stock stuff did arrive eventually. Overall, I was satisfied with the transaction.

A few months ago I heard about this website.
Since that day I bought some products and they were all good quality.
One of the products I bought did not seem in good condition. I went to customer service and treatment I received was excellent!
I think the only thing that is needed to improve delivery time ...

Fast and courteous service. I received the shipment within 10 days, one of the products did not work, staff memeber Referred me to customer service forum that could not help me to much ,few days after I received a message that supplier will sent me another item.

Really great site! I have only ever had one problem with one product in an order which never arrived but was resolved quickly by their support team. Would reccomend this site to anyone who finds anything they sell interesting because of their fantastic prices.

The only downside with ordering from HongKong is it takes time for the products to arrive.In a word,the indeedbuy has a perfect 10 in service and quality cheap products.

I have been buying item from indeedbuy.com for over a year and I find it as the first place to look when I want to buy gadgets or electronic stuff.
Their costumer service is very good, I've just received one item that didn't work and I e-mailed them and they sent me a new one instead.
Shipment can be a little bit faster that a few weeks, but hey - it's free...

The people at Indeedbuy.com are responsive. When I have a problem with my package (my watch) and I complained to customer service, they handled the situation in a quick/fair way by giving me a free replacement to the faulty item.

Ordered a docking station for my Iphone unit. Looks nice and I got it at a good price. Also shipping is free. However, the cable to the docking station was malfunctioning for some reason. I got in touch with the very helpful Indeebuy support and they are going to send me a new unit as soon as possible! I have also bought other things from indeedbuy and I am satisfied with those products. Only thing is that shipping might take a while because of the distance, but that is not an issue to me.
