I would just like to say that (IN-DEMAND TOYS.)have always been a great company for me to deal with as I am a massive star wars fan and I like to keep my action figures in their packaging, the items that i've ordered so far have always turned up in well packed boxes and have got to in me mint condition and so far I have never had a single problem with (IN-DEMAND TOYS.),I always enjoy dealing with them as they also allow you to pay a 10% deposit which allows you to get the items you want with out having to pay the whole amount upfront, so (IN-DEMAND TOYS.)is a company worth dealing with thank you.

Their service is always top tier excellence. Packaged very securely and shipped out fast.
Highly recommended for all collectors and toys enthusiasts.

I had shopped with ID since their Toyz and Gamez days but in recent years their service went downhill. Pre-orders would not be delivered and once I enquired about it I'd be told they forgot about my order and would have to wait till they had the item in stock again. When I would travel to their store to pick up orders during advertised opening hours they would be shut at random times, making it a wasted journey. They never seemed particularly bothered or apologetic so I closed my account with them and shop elsewhere. No point using them if they forget to ship my pre-orders and are never open for me to pick orders up myself.

I’m a collector of Star Wars figures and I do customising of figures which I try to sell on and in demand are a good company they have a good range and they get them out and delivered nice and quickly

I have been using In Demand for some years now, and have never had a problem. Items arrive promptly and are well packaged. ID also work hard to stock difficult-to-find items.

Great shop for Star Wars figures, still a “pile of loot” function would be great for people like me who order from Germany.
Shipping costs are too high for single figures.

Bought a boglin. It arrived with a factory defect. Reported it to In Demand and they promptly sorted out a replacement. Cant fault the service and nice to see a business dealing with a hiccup efficiently. I'll definitely be using them again.
