Good day everyone. My name is Nigel Paul from Trinidad and this is my honest review. I Purchase the Kay ECU Testing machine from Indian Automobile Doctor value 170,000.00 rupees on 7th December 2023. Today is 8th May 2024 I'm writing this review. After 5 months of purchase the product have not leave the company.
Neha Nishra the manager lied to me so many times. She told me the item was shipped and in Customs America, the product never leave their country, When i asked for tracking number they never provide. They sent fake tracking document. They even sent pictures and videos of product but it's a snapshot of YouTube videos. They said they're manufacturer and is lie,Lies,lies,lies.
They said they transfered the money back into my account and I have not received. I asked for proof of transaction but failed to do so. Neha Nishra the manager told me if I go to social media they would reverse the transaction but they never deposited the money in the first place.
I tried calling to get back my money and that is problems. They're not answering any of my calls. They even blocked me from accessing their Facebook page because I posted what they did to me. Neha Nishra after days I'm trying to get in contact with them told me her department and city has been changed.
So now you have to contact to Mr KURSHID SALMAN. (Her Boss) I tried calling and no one answering. They have my money and no one is answering any of my calls.
I took a loan from the bank to purchase this product and now I'm paying loan with interests and it seems to me I'm being scammed.
I did a background check and website legitimacy check on this company before purchase and everything looks good. I will keep update as soon as I get.God don't sleep,(Karma)
