The bed I was on did not work properly, but they can't see a problem about that ..and said won't give me my minutes back. Manager who said it should really do something they are good at, as clearly customer service field isn't the right place for them. They lack of some vital skills!

The place is clean and well kept. The wait times at Hemel are very long, but at no fault of the shop.

I was mis sold a course. I do not use a bed often and requested PAYG. I was told they had an offer and it was much better value for money. I purchased it and the shop have since expired all my minutes. At no point was I told, or guided to Ts&Cs that these were implied terms. I was also not notified to say they would expire soon.

I might have used them before they expired, but sometimes a wait for a bed was 30-45 minutes and so I did not hang around.

I emailed HR to kindly request they were reinstated - about £20s worth - and they quickly said "no, you should have read the Ts & Cs online and notice in the shop". I might well have done so if it was pointed out.

I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our service. However, I should point out that the terms and conditions are clearly displayed at the point of sale, on our registration forms and in all of our marketing materials i.e. Courses expire after 1 year.

... So you keep telling me now. If only you were this persistent I read the terms and conditions when you offered me the course. You have totally missed the point.

Always clean and beds are amazing! I have visited a few different salons and the staff are always lovely ☺️ I can’t believe the number of bad reviews about courses having a 1 year expiry….the staff told me when purchasing I would have a time limit & it is written on price list in the salon.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The different types of beds were explained well along with the different types of lotions they offer. The salon was clean and well maintained.

I love this salon !! The staff are always so lovely and salon super clean. Beds have given me an amazing colour too. Can’t wait to return :)

I went into the Henge retail park one today 29/05/24 in Glenrothes. Shocking Experience from point of entry, One customer in front of me getting served and three employees talking beside her totally ignoring me, Anyway I was told I lost 42 minutes as I hadn't been in for over a year.
As I never left an email address they couldn't contact me to advise I would be losing £26. But wait a minute I said, don't you have my phone number you could txt a message too . Yes she said, but we never had time she said, plenty time to email everyone thou ????
Anyway you wont need it now as I canceled my membership, another shop will be getting my custom and money...

Came in with my sister to have a look as I’m looking for a sun bed shop as I’m new to the area. Safe to say I won’t ever return. For a town that has multiple sun bed shops and plenty of competition, you’d have thought that at the very least you’d get a ‘hello’. As a retail manager, I’ve never experienced customer service so poor. No hello, just a ‘surname?’ Thrown at you as soon as you walk in the door. No conversation, no friendliness at all. The girls on shift look like they’d rather be watching paint dry. So unbelievably miserable. It doesn’t take a lot to say hello or offer basic human interaction. Absolutely shocking. I truly could go on and on but I’ll be going elsewhere.

I have used this sunbed place for a few years and always really thought the staff were excellent.l so I must firstly point out this was an unusual incident today by a staff member I have bever seen before unfortunately I didn't get her name but very young.

I had asked for a sunbed and paid and told there was a 5 min wait so I went to get a few bits if shopping
When I came back I was told by same staff member there's now a 10 min wait so I waited.
As a person left after 10 mins I was immediately told I can go in now
On entering I saw tge sunbed had not been cleaned and whoever had been in there had pretty dirty feet yukkkkk sunbed 14
I came out and the staff member who had booked the bed for me was walking to the area at the back of there store I said excuse me but ghis sunbed has not been cleaned her attitude was unreal she actually just said oh sorry but went to carry on walking so I said excuse me again and asked is she going to clean it? She replied don't speak to me like that? Like what? I didn't shout or use any offensive language I jyst asked who is supposed to clean it and is it now that the petson whoes paid for a clean sunbed cleans it?
At this point I was told again don't speak to me like that?
I and that my mins had already started!!!! And started walking iff again I said I'm not using it and wany a refund she ignored me and just walked out of sight ...
I really have not ever had this experience here and would still recommend it but think this young girl needs some customer service training and learns what hygine means in relation to clean sunbeds.

A slim long dark haired girl then appeared and I explained to her what the staff member had said and the state of the stand up bed and that I wish to be refunded

this staff member apologised and refunded me immediately and was very polite so thank you.

I won't go back but again would point out this was an unusual incident with a bad attitude staff member.
It wasn't busy but no staff seemed to be present and even another member of the public had to shout hello to get attention whilst I was waiting for my sunbed to be ready

It's a real Shame as it's just put me right off of a plane that has always been excellent.

Sunbed shop itself is ok, after coming of the sunbed I was bursting for the toilet and had to hold myself from going, the girls in the shop could clearly see how desperate I was, however they told me to use burger kings toilets across the car park as their toilet is for staff only! I was absolutely disgusted and gob smacked and had to deal with the embarrassment of running across a car park holding myself to stop myself from weeing myself in public. I will never return to this shop again!

I’ve been into this place with my family and the service we got from the two girls at the counter was absolutely ridiculous, they were rude and made me and my family feel uncomfortable we felt like we were not welcomed there at all, I assure you we are never coming back to that place ever again.

Been going for weeks, spotlessly clean, polite and friendly staff. Always offers on.

I purchased two block sessions.

At no time during purchase or at any other time was I told either verbally , written or even by e-mail that these had an expiry date of 12 months.
I had 59 minutes left to use ,
But was unable to do so due to a spine fracture.

When I enquired about extending my minutes,
I was told to book another block to extend my existing 59 minutes.

Several emails later and same answer.

Really poor customer service from head office.
Truly disappointed

Have been using indigo sun for a long time, had some vouchers for mothers day last year from my husband, was unable to go due to having major surgery and not able to use the sun beds until now. I still have 35 mins left that expire in a few days. Emailed head office explaining my situation to see if they could extend it slightly, the answer was abruptly no but I can buy more, then they could extend. Very bad customer service and very shocked that all they care about is money and not their clients. Very unhelpful.

Indigo WGC gave my minutes away to someone with the same surname. After 4 visits to try and get them back, nothing. Very unorganised and unprofessional.

I read the feedback and i am suprised as i am registered with this company almost 10 years and i received always great customer service.
If you not happy with term and condition be aware of 12 months expire date of your minutes but apart of that, was always happy to go there as girls was always polite and very friendly to me.

Removed my minutes without warning, I was not aware that they do this.
I was advised they get removed after 12 months. I had bought 2 courses, last course was bought in the summer therefore I was within 12 months.
I was offered another course to buy on being told this. Safe to say I declined as I won’t be returning.
I was advised by the store staff that I could email head office but they won’t do anything. I have emailed head office, I will see if I do get a response

Minutes expire without warning email. Yet they send email often to buy more minutes. Bad way to treat customers

I’ve used many other locations I’m Aberdeen but the one on George street is the BEST hands down.
The staff Emma and Caitlin are a credit to your company and keep the shop like a new pin!.The wipe station is ALWAYS full as is the cleaning solution (not that you’d need it) as the staff are so professional at cleaning the beds!.You could always give it a clean yourself but I’ve Never felt the need to?.A busy shop run by very nice girls who are always pleased to see you professional and pleasant 👍👍
