I worked at this location as a co-working space in March 2026 and was disappointed in the space and the exploitative management practices. I was originally looking at their office in Fort Lauderdale for a coworking space and signed a 1 month term contract, but found after I signed that $125 in parking fees were not included which Beyonca De La Paz failed to disclose. They said I could transfer my contract to the Boca Raton location (which has free parking), which I agreed to. However, since I signed the contract on the 5th of the month I ended up being charged through the last day of the following month. When I received a bill for the following month I replied affirming my 1 month term and was immediately threatened with collections by Mary Foster.

Beyond the questionable management practices, the space itself is not very conducive for co-working. There were only a few people using the co-working space, but they would take meetings openly without headphones making the space noisy. The only other place to work was in one of the handful of sound proof phone booths, which are incredibly uncomfortable for long periods of time.

Cancellation policy was 1 month before. I was charged for 2 consecutive months after I gave a notice. Had to literally schedule a tour to speak to the manager and stop them from billing me because they don’t reply. Would not recommend

Great services, still on a learning curve in Customer Support. The space is nice and modern and the staff on site is great. The gap to close is customer support is. How do you adjust a reservation? Should the customer support link lead to an upsell page? Should the hours of support better of with those of us who are the prime user the of temp space (small business and gig work is 24/7 but Industrious support hours are - 9 to 5 Monday to Friday). Just some notes for future improvement!

Scammers, bad experience, customer service is even worse.

- totally misleading pricing/cost traps. Booked for 1 month with website/email clearly stating 1 month term, only to discover that invoices are coming post the term with the deeply in the small print buried condition "you have to officially inform us 1 month prior to leaving, and the leave date is end of the next month, etc. etc.". So effective charge was more than twice than expected.

- returning their large (over 1 full month of stay) deposit is a total mess. I'm into 2nd month of comminicating, latest promise is "in 45 days".

Scammy sales team that lies and tell you anything you want to hear to sign and then lies about how the agreement works and will charge you for extra rent even when you give 30 day notice. This is for the Thomas Circle location in Washington DC. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

I was scammed at this Industrious location 9255 Sunset Blvd #1100., West Hollywood, CA. I regret ever stepping foot in here. I made the mistake to assume that because the building is nice and the people look professional, that I was safe. Maksim Ermakov, also known as Maxim and MXP Corp rented office space here. When the situation escalated I emailed Amanda and 3 other Industrious employees for help. I also cc'd them in the emails where I was fighting to get my money back. No one ever replied. No one also ever replied when I was trying to serve him court papers. He was no-where to be found then, and to this day has continued to hide. He has renewed his corporation certificate with the California Secretary of State, but kept the address of the Hollywood Industrious location that he first recorded on 1/17/24. This address is now a vacant building, but he has it as a current address 7083 Hollywood Blvd #500., Los Angeles, CA. I can't believe this person did this to me; he deceived me into giving him money for what he said was a "business." I now know it was never a business and that is why he avoided, ignored and gave me the round-around about training. I still get sick to my stomach when I relive the nightmare. Even though I still carry emotional damage from this experience, I have gotten the courage to start talking about my experience by writing reviews. He noticed and has sent me a threatening email. I really wish Industrious would have taken responsibility while this crime was happening. It happened inside their place of business by a person who was under their management.

Local Industrious team is fine and the office is always in decent shape. Amenities have trailed off a bit over the past year, and those without dedicated offices will experience some issues (limited number of call booths, call booth lights turn off randomly without a couple of minutes of steady (read: exaggerated) movement). The real issue, however, is the sales team. They are unhelpful and rigid, and take a short sighted view towards customer relations. I had an unexpected change in location circumstances 3 weeks before my 12 month lease was set to go into effect. Because Industrious’ sales team has a 60 day notice requirement, they required me to pay the entirety of the 12 month lease in full. No negotiated solution was offered - they were not willing to convert me to month-to-month, would not entertain my early release offers, and didn’t even suggest a like for like exchange of leases in a new location. So, as a customer, beware that if you have any changed circumstance (even one where you can provide essentially full, 12 months of notice), Industrious will seek to extract full value from you. Passing along as this would have changed my calculus when determining whether to enter into a month to month (at an extremely high premium) or longer duration at the beginning.

Visited for a couple days in the NYC office. Great environment and everyone is super friendly. Love the layout of the offices

The staff in here are absolutely great, always there to help and taking care of us every day. The installations are very good too.

My husband and I have been searching for the perfect office for our family foundation in this area, and we finally found it at the Industrious Office in Park Place. This space is everything we hoped for and more. The amenities are outstanding, and the atmosphere is ideal for working on our foundation part-time while sharing our resources and mission with others.

The manager and staff treat us like family, ensuring that everything is in place for us to focus on our non-profit work. Their support has dramatically improved our ability to start and grow our foundation. We highly recommend Industrious Office to anyone seeking a workspace fostering community and purpose.

Post-pandemic I was hesitant to return to the actual office because I was comfortable at home and it seemed easier. I toured Industrious mid-town in Central Phoenix with Craig and fell in love with the space - NEW everything and well planned community, private and office space. Property manager Ryan is always at his lobby desk in the lobby, directing our guests, accepting packages and on-hand for unexpected office needs. Many ammenities include daily breakfast, afternoon snacks, weekly happy hour and free unlimited printing access.

Thank you Industrious mid-town for getting me out of my home and back with real people!

Amateur hour. Their sales team is horrific to deal with. I’ve had experiences that were unnecessarily awkward, insulting to me and unprofessional on more than one occasion and they don’t do anything meaningful to improve my experience, only say “that sucks” that I’ve experienced them this way. As someone who has worked in sales in my own right, I could easily think of 10 different ways to improve the user experience if I were in their shoes but they have been reckless and careless and don’t even bother. They must be doing well enough to waste opportunities so consistently. Always ironic when a [alleged] “luxury” brand behaves so poorly, so desperately and so bottom shelf.

I have been using the amazing service of Hana by Indusrious at 70St. Mary's Axe and their team is just so professional and easy to work with. Special Thank you to Gaby (Gabriela) for her help with all the difficult clients and last moment requests you have been incredible. I would highly recement their services.

All in all a good experience leading from this company. The only thing I would say could be better is have more virtual tour options of the different locations.

Great experience. Fantastic team. Highly recommend to smaller companies looking to be part of a bigger culture and office experience.
