Useless car dealer shop and rude receptionist.

The worst thing that can happen to anyone is have anything to do with Infinity motors.
They will frustrate you, they don’t answer their phones and do not respond to emails.
All they do is sell dead cars and their after sale service is the worst and they will convince you to pay huge amount for after sale service but they will never provide the service.
Very useless set of people.

These people are cons. Don't even try to patronise them because they will frustrate you and turn you to something you do not wish to become.
They do not do proper MOT on cars they sell despite collecting admin fee of £300 on all cars, they do not complete the car service before selling it.
The car I bought from them has almost become parts because everything is falling apart.
They do not answer their phones or respond to email and they tell lies for a living.
Just last Saturday when I had to visit their aftersale workshop because my car would not start (bought the car few months ago and I have been to their workshop almost every month for one repair or the other), the receptionist had the gut to abuse me and she kept on calling me names. On top of that she sent false information in the email she responded to afterwards.
She informed me the transport team will come and check the car that day only send an email few minutes after I left that they will not be coming until 6pm on Monday despite telling her I have an important place to go on Sunday.
They wasted Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday for me, I had to be using taxi everywhere. I'm sure they will not recover the car today (Monday) and will eventually waste more than a week.
They are scammers. All the 5 star reviews are fake because everytime I go there, the customers are not happy.

Rehan was helpful initially, offering good communication by email and phone. We agreed to purchase a Toyota Auris Excel on the condition that Infinity Motors provided a Toyota health inspection report—necessary to secure an official 12-month battery guarantee—and we placed a £250 holding deposit.
​Despite requesting the Toyota health report three times, it was never provided, while an in-house report flagged a battery issue. Because the agreed condition wasn't met, we cancelled our reservation within our rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and requested a full refund.
​My refund requests were ignored, requiring a formal Letter Before Action and legal escalation to recover our funds. The deposit and court costs were ultimately reimbursed after 3 weeks and the matter was resolved, but getting our money back required long, unnecessary effort. Based on our experience, ensure any agreed sale conditions and refund terms are documented carefully before leaving a deposit.

Absolutely great experience with infinity motors! Great from start to finish especially Adam, he has kept me informed about everything and helped me massively in getting everything sorted! 5* company and staff!
