Poor customer service, poor training

So far, I have to review this product as a one star experience.

It takes absolutely ages to book an appointment for support, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing. We paid thousands of pounds for this software and expected proper onboarding and training, but the training we received lasted only 30 minutes, which is nowhere near enough for a completely new system.

We still require adequate training and support to use the software effectively. During one support call, the representative continually spoke over me and would not allow me to properly explain our business, products, and what we actually need from this inventory system.

At this stage, we are very disappointed with both the software support and the overall customer experience. Unless this level of service improves significantly, we will not be renewing next year and will instead look for alternative software providers.

I may consider updating this review if we finally receive the proper support and training that was promised.

I have increased a star rating as customer service have now come forward and offered more training. We are still awaiting to see if this will actually work for our business.

I spoke with our success team, and understand that our onboarding emails unfortunately ended up in your spam folder, which meant our earlier attempts to get your training scheduled didn't reach you as intended. In light of that, we extended your onboarding period so you could still benefit from the session. We're glad you've since had your first call, and our team is actively in contact with you to make sure the trajectory going forward is tailored to your goals and your company‘s needs.

Inflow has a plethora of features and customization options

Inflow has a plethora of features and customization options, but the Windows App has experienced a few bugs that cause the program to freeze or have slow loading times. You may be able to get around this by using the web app instead, they have many interfaces. Overall InFlow is a constantly evolving program which is a benefit to the changing landscape of businesses. The mobile phone app integration is an very useful addition and makes doing inventory processes much easier, as well as on the spot look up of customer quotes/invoices while on a sales call. It's great being able to scan barcodes as well with your phone/mobile device and print labels wirelessly. Overall it's a wonderful program!

customer service is top notch. Inflow continues to improve their software. They offer seminars on features of their software, ways to improve efficiency, and stronger methods to manage your business.

The best customer service and program

Inflow is super easy to use. And even when I think its not the support team is FANTASTIC, quick to get back to you and will break info down into easy to understand info.

Continuous improvement and exemplary customer service

inFlow's interface continues to be upgraded to rectify past issues. Every need I have they attend to immediately. Over the years most of what I ask for is actually made accessible to me, in one way or the other. The customer service is impeccable! My job is more enjoyable because we use inFlow and your team sets me up for success every single day. Thank you!

Switching to inFlow was great for our company.

I love that my company switched to inflow almost 2 years ago. It is such an amazing program for tracking sales orders, customers, and especially inventory. It is easy to pull reports on a wide variety of things whenever I need to. Setting thresholds and getting a low inventory email every week is great as well. The new dashboard is great too!

Inflow provides a powerful tool to track inventory. Reports are fairly customizable. Their support is excellent. One of the best I have ever worked with.

We use Inflow since more than 10 years as an ERP and it is a perfect tool to follow deliveris, stocks and sales.
Analytric functions are also great

Excellent Product Management Tool

InFlow's web interface is very intuitive and easy to use, even for a beginner. I love how the mobile app lets our sales team keep track of what orders have been fulfilled while they're on the go! The filters when looking for inventory help narrow down parameters easily to find exactly what we're looking for in a catalogue of thousands of items. I really enjoy how straightforward running and exporting reports is. When I need a hand with something, the support team and my rep are always quick to get back and help - even if the answer was right in front of me :)

Service support

Service support -
Service support has been exceptional. Pooja is our rep and is always available and answering all questions possible.
inFlow continues to improve daily which does benefit us. We are a construction company using this software for inventory control of materials and we have been able to utilize it to benefit us and our needs.

Inflow / Xero integration,

Inflow / Xero integration,

This integration is fragile, creaky and definitely not bullet proof.

Below is an example where a fulfilled sales order cannot be sent to Xero because Inflow calculates discount on each line of the invoice and Xero calculates on the subtotal, There is always a small difference.

Because of this difference, the sync fails without any warning. The only way to know is to go into the integration log and check through all the validation exceptions of which there are many.

Inflow say that they'll fix it but then it suddenly stops working again.

There doesn't seem to be a way to resolve this other than manually entering the invoices into Xero.

POOR SHOW AND A WASTE OF OUR TIME!!!
