Innis & Gunn Brewing Opiniones 

There is something wrong with Innis and gunn online shop. Very difficult to contact, discount not applied, 2 boxes of beer damaged by royal mail, but only partly replaced, then....silence..... No reply to emails. Not sure what they are doing. Best avoid for timebeing, if I am being charitable, may be down to covid understaffing, but may simply be v poor service/customer support

I have first encountered Innis and Gunn in Edinburgh, so I was very pleased when they started to ship their beer to England as well. It is hard to get a good beer here in London and Scottish beer is much better that local English one. So far, I have placed 3 different orders in last 6 months for about 50-70 cans each. It take couple of days to process (it seems, someone is packing them manually during coronavirus), but it everytime arrived without issues. Beer was everytime well packed and I appreciate, they are newly using recycled plastic can holders (Even if we prefered original boxes with cardboard separators; but I understand, this is easier to ship as they have one standard for shops and customers).

The weakest point is their delivery service, they haven't chosen the best company, so you are basically playing postcode lottery. But our local driver is good enough, so we have been lucky so far and get our beer on the first attempt.

Order didn't arrive

Ordered a case of Innis & Gunn Original as a gift. Parcelforce claimed there wasn't enough information on the label and they couldn't deliver. I sent three emails to the shop email address over the last week and there's been no response.

Ordered bottled beers and they did not arrive! Really disappointed that the company are taking orders and then not shipping out the goods!!!
Would not advise purchasing from this company.

Easy to order and they did advise there was a delay with the current situation. Order arrived only a day later than their standard delivery - very happy customer and will definitely be returning.

Beer didn't arrive. Tried online request, phoned 3 times getting promised a return phone call. This hasn't happened. They have my money still.

Edit, I eventually got my money back after 22 days, 3 emails and a lot of phone calls.

Whatever you do do not buy mail order from these people. Take forever to despatch and when they do if like me only get a 1/3 of the delivery they ignore emails, Facebook chat and fail to return phone calls.
