I recently purchased an MFD from Oliver along with a service contract, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Oliver was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the different printer options, made sure I understood what was included in the service contract, and answered all my questions without any pressure.
The whole process was smooth and straightforward. The MFD was delivered as promised, set up easily, and works perfectly. Knowing that the service contract is in place gives me extra peace of mind and has saved my business money on our toner spend.
I highly recommend Insight Systems to anyone looking for reliable equipment and excellent customer service. It was a genuinely positive buying experience.

I have been a loyal customer of this company for over ten years and I questioned their billing charges having not seen invoices for many years. They didn't send me the missing invoices, just a list. They auto renewed the service agreement after telling my colleague that the lifespan of the machine was finished and that software could no longer be upgraded. They pushed him to consider buying a new copier with a new agreement. When I became aware of the situation, I tried to end the agreement. They were very uncooperative, wanted to apply early termination penalties and also justified it by now saying that the machine could be fixed. it took many emails for them to terminate the arrangement and they took back ink cartridges, even the ones from inside the copier despite having charged us for years for their minimum copy charge when we didn't use anywhere near that amount of copies. A totally unfair ending. In my opinion not a company to be trusted.

They took direct debits for several years without supplying invoices. when they were questioned on it they agreed to end the contract with no refunds, the old inks that were unused and left over they were offered back. not only did the engineer take the unused inks that were still boxed, the office instructed him to remove the used cartridges out of the printer that had been paid for several times over.

Having spoken with Matthew Sayer about the problem that I am having with the printing of PDF's of our property brochures, he told me that it wasn't just our office as he had had one of our other offices contact him with the same problem. After a little to'ing and fro'ing and an engineer attending a sister site, Matthew explained that the problem is with a software update that Adobe has done that threw out the settings for this function. Although not being able to sort the problem out personally Matthew assured me that our company's IT department are going to look further into it and get the issue sorted out. As usual Insight Systems have helped and have given me a satisfactory outcome. Thank you to Matthew and Insight.

Fantastic service from enquiry to install.

Matthew has been very friendly and helpful; he even helped us with our old devices, offering to take them back to the other companies warehouse FOC. Insight have helped at every step along the way and always at the end of the phone in order to ensure a smooth tender process and transition to Insight.

The photocopier was delivered at the correct time and date. The men delivering the copier were very friendly and helpful.
The engineer was very patient and waited for my IT colleague to arrive help with connecting to our network.
