I have been waiting for over a month after placing my order….never received confirmation and trying to get in touch with them is a joke😡. I have emailed several times because there is no phone number….buyer BEWARE😡😡😡

Ordered purple and teal butterfly bracelet for su****e awareness. Took ages to arrive and looked very different from photo- sight purple paint on wings but looks like that will chip off in matter of hours. Very cheap chain and neither of the gems were on chain as advertised. Requested money back but haven’t heard back yet

I’d rate less than 1 star if possible. I’ve placed 3 orders, one states it’s been delivered. It has not. They aren’t in the US. They do not respond to emails to their customer service tho they advertise 100% customer satisfaction. They even charge a package insurance fee. I want my money back, I am even more crushed as I ordered memorial items after my son died by suicide 14 Dec 2025. My emotions are raw enough let alone falling prey to a company that takes advantage of people with false advertising. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS FLIGHTY COMPANY. They should be shut down.

I ordered some jewelry on 12/06 and I have not received it yet and the tracking number does not exist! I can't get proper help through email. I can't find a phone number!

I ordered a bracelet with my daughter’s birthstone and my birthstone. I did not mind the length of time for shipping. When the bubble mailer arrived, it only contained 2 very small (1/2 size business card) papers about a grandmother’s love. It was wrapped in more bubble wrap. No jewelry. Just two small squares of paper and a sheet of bubble wrap. After reaching out to the delivery company and to the seller, I still have no bracelet. The package had not been tampered with until I opened it, which points to the seller’s error from my perspective.

Website is a scam ordered something from TikTok was directed to this website. Never delivered item. SCAM, SCAM SCAM. THE EMAIL DOES NOT WORK AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL.

My order was lost, and had to be reordered... it eventually showed up, and the quality of the items isn't close to what I had expected. The gifts were late, anyways... will try to return if anyone will respond.

Purchased the mom of a son angel ring and the stone was advertised as a nice blue however the stone is almost black. 😟
Most likely won’t order from there again being as I wouldn’t trust what the actual product looks like.

Money was taken twice from my account. I sent an email to them stating the obvious. They asked for proof which I sent to them. That was the end of it from their side. I am still waiting for the goods I was charged double for. They sent me a fake tracking number.
Run from them.

Product was not as it was portrayed on website. Trying to return it, and they’re recommending I keep it as a “keepsake” because they are stating it’ll cost me more to ship the item back. Ridiculous.

Never received my order. I have sent several emails with no response. Beware!! I reported them.

I am very disappointed in this company. I should have read all the reviews prior to ordering. Firstly, my order was placed on October 4th, only received Nov 5th after sending 15 emails back and forth, originally lost, still in transit, blah blah. Sent me a bracelet to compensate late delivery. Ugly bracelet. It was a pink infinity ring for breast cancer, ordered size 7, does not fit, measured it is like a five. No pink stones as on web site. Very small like for a child. I feel I was scammed out of $55.00. Read reviews before ordering.

Fails advertisements. I received a ring that didnt look nothing like what I order and now im play cat and mouse game saying that it is its just the lighting. But im sorry, how does bright blue and red stones turn into clear and red stones? Did i not learn my colors right in school. Is blue not blue anymore. I would never ever get from this company, its a fake over seas company trying to steal money.

Have not received my order, I've emailed 4 times I wanted a refund....they said it was in transit....if I knew it was coming from China I never would of done it...Bad reviews all around DO NOT order from this company....plus they never applied my discount...They got their money with no problem, but I got nothing so far 😡
