Instant Promotion & GZBO Opiniones

Instant promotions have been amazing. Absolutely quality customer service it feels like you are working with them to creat your promotional material.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you, the Gazebo was brilliant.
Its has a strong frame, very robust. the printing looked superb and the tie down kit was easy to use.

The weather was a little boisterous at times but it was easy to set up, easy to take down and great to use. The weights worked a treat, but t I did tie it to two cars to as we are on top of a hill and with 400 plus visitors onsite last night, I didn’t want to squash any of them.

Thank again, great product, great service

Great price, quality and communication from the team. We needed a Gazebo for an event and they were able to turn the order around super quick, whilst keeping us updated on the order throughout the process. Can't recommend highly enough.

I cannot fault the service provided by Instant Promotion (UK) Ltd! From initial enquiry, to extremely helpful responses throughout the gazebo design and re-design processes and then to finalising the order with great communication. Gemma.M is a superstar and is a true asset to the Instant Promotion (UK) Ltd team - so friendly & courteous and kept the information flowing with every email. The gazebo looks professional, colour matched perfectly with our charity's logo and will be made great use of at all attended events. Instant Promotion (UK) Ltd come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

`brilliant work supporting with doing the design of fitting logoe . and speedy turn around was brilliant .the build quality of shelter is great and stick work and prints on canopy is brilliant . cant make a complaint on a thing .

Absolutely excellent service from Anthony Briggs. He made a very tight deadline possible and the client The Elphick Clinic are extremely happy with the flags and Gazebo wrap produced.

I’m very pleased with the gazebo we purchased from Instant Promotions. it went up quickly and easily and everyone commented on not only how good it looked, but also that it’s well made and everything is good quality, even down to the securing straps, which were notably well designed and made. I was particularly impressed with the website and how quickly you responded to my initial inquiry with a 3D visual of the design. I also liked how the website gave clarity of the the different options and how they looked. Finally the optional Pro Bag is again well made as are the other two bags that came with the gazebo.

I purchased a gazebo with side panels, matching table cloth and a back panel. Absolutely over the moon with the structure, ease of erecting the canopy and the overall professional look. I loved it so much, I returned to buy an extra canopy for the structure. The material is great quality, the gazebo comes in a bag on wheels. Couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend Instant Promotion from ordering to delivery. I'll be back :-)

We made an enquiry with Instant Promotion just under a week before we need to promote our brand at various shows across the country.
Not only did they deliver on time in such a short space of time, but they kept in touch with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions immediately (and we probably were quite annoying).

We couldn't thank Instant Promotion enough for what they have provided and our marquee is getting all the love and attention we aimed for.

What can I say other than thank you for such a fantastic service with nothing too much trouble to make sure the product and design was just right.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
The quality & look of my gazebo is second to none!
Initially, I was reluctant spending this amount on a new gazebo, but as they say, you get what you pay for.
Absolutely outstanding.
Thank you so much

Thrilled with our order that was received when promised, after a super tight deadline, caused by myself with slow design work. Bill was on hand every step of the way and ensured the team helped with the designs, even redesigning part or our logo to make sure it was in vector format. We would not hesitate to use this company again and in fact are already planning to. Highly recommended.

Brilliant gazebo and amazing communication throughout the ordering process.

Went for the Hex50 and it's a great bit of kit and will do us well for our events across the year.

Great company to deal with - they answered all my queries promptly. Our order arrived quickly and everything was perfect.

Amazing company to do business with, absolutely Top Notch customer service, advice where needed and a top end product.
When I looked online there were so many companies, so many sponsored adverts.
What I will say is I’m so impressed with how responsive Instant Promotions have been, the advice freely offered, it’s all been so positive, something that’s unusual these days, a company who are service driven.
I will give a special hour out to Bill, we had a very tight deadline, Bill was superb forwarding the artwork for approval on which they did a brilliant job and delivering on time.

We have used Instant promotion for branded gazebos over the last few years. When we rebranded they supplied a new tent for our existing frame. They also helped us out with rapid delivery of spare parts when our gazebo was damaged in a storm.

We recently sent our gazebo to them for cleaning and on its return the courier had lost one of the boxes with part of our tent in. After some back and forths with the courier in an attempt to track down the parcel to no avail, Instant Promotion reprinted all of the missing parts and sent them to us efficiently and free of charge.

The service from Bill at Instant Promotion was great. He was very friendly and helped us through the process of ordering a branded gazebo package for the first time. The final gazebo looks great! Thank you again.

I was after a branded inflatable gazebo to support a clients event. I was pointed in the direction of this company by a colleague. I reached out with a rough idea of what I want and quickly got a response and expert advice on what might best suit my needs. I ended up with two inflatable spider domes, all branded and delivered to my client on time and within budget. Cant recommend them enough :)

Excellent customer service and a great product at a very good price. Would definitely use this company again for future orders. Thank you so much!
