I have bought 3 of their Gazebos in the last 18 mths all sign written differently and the whole process couldn’t have been easier, definitely will use again.

From the beginning Instant Promotion has been very professional and prompt. My salesperson, Gemma, was so quick to answer all my many questions. It was the first time our small business had made a branded gazebo purchase and she made the process so easy for me. When I needed some accessories, her colleague Dan jumped in to help out while she was on leave and now I've ordered a second gazebo with them because we are so happy with our purchase. We get so many compliments from other market traders on our stall - mainly due to the professional look of the awnings and sides. The frame is very durable as well! I would highly recommend from both a customer service prospective and quality prospective. Our business has definitely been enhanced because of our purchases.

When the gazebo canopy & frame arrived we were absolutely blown away by the end product! The gazebo prints with our logos was absolutely outstanding. We ordered the mid range frame & this was so impressive. An extremely sturdy & well manufactured item. We would definitely recommend this company & will be ordering other products from them soon.

After searching the web for branded gazebo suppliers I found Instant’s website.

Having never worked with them before, and needing the product turned around quickly for upcoming events I had the usual nerves about whether they could deliver a quality product within the short timeframe.

However, I’m happy to say my worries have been well and truly removed.

The gazebo and print quality is fantastic and the customer service top notch. I also purchased branded flags and table covers which are also of great quality.

We approached Instant Promotions to help design our Gazebo, and the customer service was perfect. Our main point of contact was Dan, and he could not have been more helpful, considering we changed our minds on design so many times! The designer was Emily, and again, she worked hard with us in order to make sure we got what we wanted with the aesthetics of the gazebo.

We are incredibly happy with the finished product. We have took it to shows on a number of occasions now and are impressed with the sturdiness of the frame, and the ease with which we are able to put it up (30 minutes to get our stall set up with only two people)

Excellent product been asked so many times where did you get it, customer service exceptional even the bosses of our association didn't realise it was going to be as good as it is.

Superb customer service and product. I placed three different orders and all processed fast and I received an email when it had. Delivery is next day for in stock items.
