Worked perfectly fine but you have to pay $15 which kind of sucks. They should be more upfront about the fact that the service isn't free. Anyways I got access to the account I needed.

I'm a bit late here, but if you're still stuck with this crap, or you get suckered again, go directly to your payment source: Paypal, your bank or credit card etc. and tell them you're a sucker and fell for this scam, and to stop the payment and report this company.
